Silly sizing
The quality of the product has changed since my last purchase.
The sizing was ridiculous, I ordered a large and they were comically too big.

I can see that you purchased a Large on this occasion which is 11+ but on previous order you purchased a size 8-11 on another product.

Amazing! Best Grip Socks
I have been through several pairs of grip socks from all the main brands. The new vypr5 suregrip socks are unrivalled; great materials and exceptional fitting.
I recently ordered the new pairs on the release date at full. After noticing on social media that they were running a BOGOF promotion, I reached out to the team about this, they were happy to send me out another 2 pairs as a compliment.

Vypr5 socks...it’s yes from me!
These socks have changed my performance and allowed me to run further, faster and longer. They are comfortable, breathable and allow me to training harder without giving blisters. The non-slip sole minimises movement and helps reduce rub.
The fit around the top of the foot, ankle and lower calf also gives support and comfort whilst running.
I’d 100% recommend these socks to anyone, whether just wanting comfort day to day or wanting to increase their performance.

Customer service - rectified issue really quickly
First two pairs wore through really fast. Initially reviewed poorly, but after an email to the company, they've rectified the issue within 3 days. Very impressed with customer service (Steve helped me out massively), will try out the new product and update this if needed.

Perfect pair- the socks and the customer service team
I received my order, sadly one sock has a flaw. I sent a reply to the customer service team via email and Instagram, attached a picture. The team got back to me the same day, apologising and had sent out a replacement pair that same time. The replacement pair arrived the next day- honestly faultless handling of this issue and lovely products, I have these socks in two colours, they are perfect for netball, they aid my feet not only in comfort but the grip stopped my feet from slipping inside my court trainers when running and jumping, which sometimes happens when feet get hot and sweaty. I would recommend. They also look really smart too.

Sure Grip comfort socks for football
Socks delivered promptly and packaged well. My son was right on the borderline of sizes so they are quite snug, but we have this problem a lot with sizing. He was pleased with the level of comfort.
