They couldnt get theme work even if they installed

Only good thing were that support atleast trying to make theme work. If you get free version work then you never get pro version work. Themes are outdated and even they install themself and didnt get it work. Dont get pro version themes from vw theme. And the spam notifications you get them is realy annoying(cant get rid of it. only if you change php codes from the files).

Very nice Themes, high-quality service and support.
I wanted to customize my Theme and add an extra options . They contact me by email and WhatsApp all the time to be sure that everything good as i wanted and to find a best solution for my needs .
Everytime i write to them they reply to me in very kind and professional. They chat with me in WhatsApp as a friend and they reply to me even outside of their opening hours .
I am very happy with their service and expertise.

Non-working wordpress theme

Their wordpress theme is full of bugs, hard to edit and impossible to save any changes, no customer support at all - stay away from them

As a novice

As a novice, the theme was very easy to install and use. After designing it gave the professional (expensive) look and feel I was going for. The support team has always been available to help when needed.
