This service appears to be fraudulent

This service appears to be fraudulent. I paid for the Pro plan, however the platform is completely non-functional. Every time I submit a prompt to build a project, the system redirects me to an error page stating “Something went wrong, try again.” This issue occurs consistently and without exception, making the core functionality unusable.

Repeated attempts yield the exact same result, with no explanation, no resolution, and no workaround. Despite paying for a premium subscription, I am unable to access or use the services advertised.

Additionally, there is no effective customer support. There has been no response, no technical assistance, and no acknowledgment of this critical issue. As a paying customer, this level of service is unacceptable.

I have paid for a product that does not work as described, and the lack of support only reinforces serious concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of this platform.

I just saw your review and also emailed you directly.

I reviewed your account and you're absolutely right - you got error pages on all 3 attempts within your first hour (Feb 8, 10:56-11:25). You paid for Pro and got nothing. This is unacceptable.

This was during our V2 transition in early February, but that's no excuse for your first experience being completely broken.

Here's what I'm offering:

1. FULL REFUND processed within 24 hours, OR
2. I'll personally debug what went wrong + 2 months Pro free on our now-stable V2

V2 is stable now (mid-Feb) with:
• Complete redesign with better error handling
• Real backend generation (PostgreSQL)
• Proper monitoring so issues get caught immediately

vulk.dev scammer

I purchased a 'Pro Membership' on Vulk.dev with high hopes, but it turned out to be a total disappointment. The product is absolutely not ready for the market; they are selling what feels like a raw alpha build as a finished product. Most of the promised features either don't work at all or are completely unstable.

Even worse, when I tried to reach support regarding these issues, I was met with dead silence. My emails are ignored, and there is absolutely no one to contact. I suspect I’m one of their first users, and unfortunately, we are being used as paying guinea pigs. Save your money and stay far away from this broken mess—it is a complete waste of time in its current state.

I just saw your review from January 29 and also emailed you directly.

Looking at your account, I noticed you've used VULK 130+ times over the past 20 days, including yesterday. This tells me the platform isn't completely broken for you, but you've clearly experienced serious bugs and frustrations.

You're right that we had major issues during late January (V2 migration period), and support completely failed you. That's unacceptable.

Since mid-February, we've stabilized V2 with major fixes:
• Complete redesign with better error handling
• Real backend generation working properly
• I personally monitor support now (no more ignored emails)

Here's what I'm offering:

1. Full refund for January, OR
2. 2 months Pro free + I'll personally fix any remaining issues

You're clearly getting value (130 generations!), but you deserve a stable product.
