A very professional company that treats it’s clients property with total respect.
We have had our carpet cleaned today and was called prior to the appointment with an arrival time eta.
The lad Aidan I think it was is so professional and polite and knowledgeable too about his work.
Highly recommend this company and will use again and again.

Terrible

I booked the deep clean service for £129. I got a couple of emails to confirm then a number of texts the day or so before to say someone would call me in the morning and let me know what time they would arrive. They would expect it to be around 1pm. Nothing at 3pm so called then. The lady said they were on the way. Got to 5pm and still nobody so I called again. The man assured me he would call me back. Still waiting for him to call. I got a survey email the next day and responded saying that the cleaning had not taken place. Tommy apologised and said he would get back to me ! Still waiting. I wanted the deep clean done after we had a new roof fitted and the windows and UPVC was filthy. I was willing to pay the high price. Very disappointed and the entire thing, terrible customer service

Excellent service. Easy to communicate with. Messages were answered very quickly and gave good information. Really pleasant technician who was on time and explained what he was going to do. A very, very good service in these days of very poor customer service from other companies.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company both times the gentleman was on time ,polite, and did a very good job would highly recommend them .

Your staff member turned up on time and with no fuss carried out the oven clean to a very high standard

Moss removal from roof: Steve arrived bang on time and got straight on with the job! Worked his socks off all day! A messy job but he tidied up afterwards.

First i would like to say that Matt was brilliant and cleaned our Neff Slide & Hide oven and now it is like new again I can't fault this and would reccomend having said that we were let down by a management cockup.We were down for an AM visit but had to call office at 1.30pm when no one arrived they said they were very sorry and very quickly got a technition to me at 3.30pm and clean was undertaken.We have been customers for several years and up to now have had no problems till today but We have booked our next 2 cleans.

Steve, rang me early in the morning to tell me what time he would arrive. His timing was perfect. He was very kind and professional throughout his time in my home.
He cleaned three carpets, stair,hall and landing,plus an armchair. Moving the furniture as required. He always asked me if all the furniture was back in its original location. I have no hesitation in recommending his character or excellent workmanship.

Steve Dunn came to do the job I requested, a nice friendly lad. He Vacuumed and cleaned gutters and soffits they have come up brilliantly really pleased. Also he jet wash/ treated egarden and patio, I can’t put what my first reaction was lol but they have come up fantastic, never seen such a clean area, you can tell it has been done professionally. Well done Steve and Thank you Vulcan. Definitely recommend. 👍

First class job of cleaning our armchairs by Josh. Rang as arranged beforehand and did a grand job. We had this done because we were so pleased with a previous job Vulvan did for us. Would definitely recommend. Also, competitively priced.
