First and foremost, I have only given 1 star because there is no option for minus stars 🤬🤬.. I purchased 4 bras, which arrived, but were all shite. The wrong size was sent for all and they are flimsy, and yes, probably sent from somewhere in China. I too contacted the seller many times but with NO reply. On one of their emails I found a London address, I even sent a recorded letter to them explaining that I was going to report them as scammers, they received the letter, signed for it, and returned it. I too have contacted my bank and requested a "charge back". My bank have put the money back into my account pending a response from this scammer !! Fingers crossed I get to keep my payment. I tried to return the rubbish bras but was unable to - they are now going in the bin. My advise is DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAMMERS - YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM TO RETURN THE SHITE GOODS OR TO RECEIVE A REFUND. TOTAL 1000% SCAMMERS !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Please do not fall for the Great advert they have for these bras !!! IT'S A SCAM. I hesitated many times after watching their add as wether to buy these bra's or not. You certainly do not recieve what you order. I've been trying to contact them to return my purchase since March but to no avail. Their email addresses are non existent . Today I contacted my bank to start a Dispute and to be fair my bank have put back into my account the £29 i paid for my order. They also are going to chase it up and get back to me about the outcome, hopefully I will be able to keep my refund from the bank as im hoping the outcome will be in my favour.
Sellers like this shouldn't be allowed to trade. I like most others reviewing on here never checked them out before I bought from them. Raise a dispute with your own bank, its worth a try, you may get your money back

I ordered 2 bras in December and have never received them despite payment being taken from my account.
My bad, should have read the reviews first.
Will never buy off the Internet again without checking reviews.

If you use this company you will get poor quality items, no chance of returning and getting your money back, please do not use this company. I would not have given 1 star if that had been possible.

Product not like advertised, can't get hold of anyone to return or get a refund. Shocking. Do not order from this company.

So, like others i wish i had seen these reviews before i ordered. I had the same experience thinking they would arrive with in 48 hours as they say once you order. But it took numerous emails and then eventually arrived from China. The do not fit and trying to return them now is more of an issue. None of their email addresses work and i cant seem to find a contact number. I think these companies who advertise the way they do on social media platforms are a scam. They take your money and make it hard to return items so in the end you just give up and they get to keep your hard earned money. Learnt a hard lesson here.

I wished I’ve seen all these reviews before I bought mine. I had the same experience. Ordered almost 3 weeks ago thinking that these are from London but waited long time for it to be delivered. I emailed twice to ask about delivery status and no reply. Finally came today the bras are extremely poor quality and flimsy as all the reviews said here. These are actually bras you see from Temu from China hence it takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. How I know because I’ve bought exactly the same bras from Temu. They cost £2-3 in Temu but Vue is selling at £30! They definitely know how to make money. I feel cheated and disgusted. I have requested for return and refund but I’m pretty sure I’ll never hear from them.
So if you are reading this please do not fall into the trap of buying from them. Poor quality, customer service and email address that do not even exist because nobody will reply to your email.
Please DO NOT BUY.

Waited over 3 weeks for my bras, they ignored all my emails requesting a return and refund, there’s no return address that I could see. When the bras finally arrived the quality was poor and not what was advertised and no way they were XL!

They didn’t look more than a D cup. I emailed them again requesting a return address and refund and that’s fallen on deaf ears still not one reply! I now have two bras that don’t fit and I’m £29 out of pocket! I’ve learned my lesson I will never buy anything from a company without checking reviews first, and I’ll only buy from reputable companies you can trust. Don’t waste your money stay clear from this phoney bra company! I’m in the process of initiating a scam report from NatWest not going quietly!

This company is disgrace their adverts are all lie's. You wait 3 weeks or more to receive ur bra and it is nothing like advertised. Small fitting flimsy material. Ok my fault I should have researched them first, as a pensioner I can't afford to lose money lesson learnt. There is no way of contacting them for a return. They should be a shamed of themselves.

Update, my order finally arrived, it looks nothing like advertised, doesn’t fit and the quality is absolutely dreadful. I’m now waiting for them to acknowledge another email.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I’ve been trying to find out where my order is for almost a month. Despite numerous emails to all available email addresses, I have yet to receive a reply. I’ve now sent another email requesting full refund, I wonder if I’ll get an answer this time - I somehow doubt it!

The whole experience was one huge disappointment. The bras (2 for the price of one) took 3 weeks to be delivered. They were not the bras I had ordered, and the size was wrong. The bras are made of flimsy material and do not perform as claimed in the promotion. Stay away from these people.
I'm now going to apply for a refund, but I don't hold out much hope for getting one based on experience so far. Suggestion for company - STOP TRADING!!!

This company may well be a scam, ordered 3 weeks ago and still waiting, be very careful with this company, if you really what their product only buy one and test the experience.

Another scam out of china, please do not waste your money!
Company says vue london, address says it is in the US but if they mail you the wrong size they expect you to pay to ship it back to China. Plus they keep most of what you paid and call it a stock fee!

Bought one of their Jelly Bras. . Appalling material and fit. Flimsy nothing like the advertisement. Not even good enough as a night time bra.
Don’t waste your money.
Unable to get details to return.
After several emails to them not one reply.

Items arrive but fit poorly and there is no way to return! just fake emails. Wish I had have not got sucked in by social media. Be careful out there!
