Verzending veel te laat, levering nog steeds niet ontvangen
Op 19-1 na 15.30 uur een bestelling geplaatst, voor 15.30 uur is zelfde dag verzonden (dus dit zou 20-1 verzonden moeten worden). Inmiddels is het 23-1 en is mijn pakket nog steeds niet onderweg, bij navraag op 21-1 krijg je te horen dat er meer bestellingen zijn dan gebruikelijk maar dat het 21-1 of 22-1 de deur uit gaat. Niet dus!
Flink adverteren met snelle levering is dus duidelijk een loze belofte... ik begin inmiddels twijfels te krijgen of ik niet besodemieterd ben.
Update 28-1: op 26-1 een track en trace ontvangen echter is het pakket nog steeds niet bij de pakketdienst.
Inmiddels al meer dan een week aan het wachten en het is nog niet eens verstuurd.
Levering binnen 1-3 dagen... 1-3 weken zeker?
Update 30-1:
Op 28-1 maar weer eens gevraagd waarom het pakket wederom nog niet onderweg is. Deze keer (antwoord van 29-1) is het excuus dat Duitsland strenge politiecontroles uitvoert (het pakket wordt vanuit België naar Nederland verzonden, geen idee wat Duitsland daar dan mee te maken heeft), maar alles is nu weer normaal.
Je raadt het al: er is nog steeds niets onderweg.
Vandaag kreeg ik als antwoord dat ik ze de tijd even moest geven... uhm... jullie hebben al ruim anderhalve week de tijd gehad, dat is 9x zolang als jullie zelf aangeven nodig te hebben voor verzending. En al dubbel zo lang als de tijd die nodig is voor levering.
Maar.... ik krijg wel 10 euro korting op de volgende bestelling. Yeah Right!
