Nicole was absolutely AMAZING at sorting my problem out. Very attentive and prompt with replays. Gave clear instructions that even t-rex like me could follow. Nicole was very patient and answered all my queries. My e-sim was up and running in a promptly manner! I was really happy when Nicole got to the bottom of the problem and took time to explain what the issue was. Thank you for making my trip to India so much easier and worry free! Internet os so important nowadays. Nicole you deserve a pay rise!

Leon gave an excellent service

Had 4 unlimited plans and they were all basically useless.

After 2gig the plan slows down to be no use.

Communicating with the company was good and they admitted that it was not obvious on the website but the fine print was there.

The data speeds even before the 2 gig was used was so slow.

The worst eSIM provider ever! Tried to use their eSIM in Madagascar and for 2 days not even 3G data access. Their customer support is useless. Advising to use alternative networks where there are none to connect with their eSIM. Eventually got connected to Orange network after 3 days but my request to extend the eSIM duration for the days without data - justified by a screenshot (keeping same purchased data limit) was declined. Their customer service even don’t know under what name their eSIM shows up on the phone. Declined request to connect with supervisor… I have been using multiple eSIM providers but this is by far the worst!

I use voye in Thailand Hong Konk and Caina
It works perfet and I China I can use whatsapp Facebook and instegram without VPN
It cost me less than other services.
The team service is kind and excellent.

Great customer support.
I put in the wrong phone number on activation and forgot that I had left my phone in flight mode after arriving at my destination. I got help right away and they were able to get me set up and activated in no time. Got my phone number updated and the e-sim activated.

I am not phone savy, but the team helped me with alot of patience sending me correct info on what to do to use my data for esim. I bought the max package avaiable of 50 gb for 365 days.

I have been using eSIMs for a while and I have to say: "Hands down the best connectivity and services in the industry"

I had a problem with my Voye app. I contact your service and although it’s weekend I got in few second an answer not from a bot , from Julian that was with me until everything worked. It was In my language and it was clear and easy. It took time but finally we made it. I wish that all the customer services were learning from you. Thank you for always being there 🙏 this is really one of the good services I have received

My service went down while in the USA I contacted customer service and Mohit sorted it out straight away excellent service

Na het installeren van de esim bleef ik een melding krijgen in de app dat de esim niet geinstalleerd was,
na hulp van de helpdesk en enkele wijzigingen in de instellingen bleek alles correct geinstalleerd.
