Terrible experience. I spent so much money on these tights only to be paying even more for customs- this was not clear at all in their advertising. It is also not delivered to my door, I have to travel 30 mins to collect it from the post office and pay an extra R625 over and above the exorbitant amount I had already spent on the 1 pair of leggings. Nothing is made clear, it says door to door delivery which is not true, as well as no hidden costs, also not true. I do not recommend ordering from Voxy, especially if you are not based in the UK.

Bought three expensive shorts for over 100 euros and was then charged over 50 euros customs fees on top!!!

Product 100% as the picture, customer service is also 5 star, would recommend it to anyone. It was my first but definitely not my last purchase.

Ordered a pair of shorts & they were too small so followed the returns procedure.
Sent back recorded by Royal Mail on 23rd February 2026, the parcel arrived & was signed for by “Naz” on the 25th February.
We are now on the 12th March, I have sent email & had two replies saying the parcel has not been received at the warehouse.
I have sent a picture of the receipt with tracking number & also a picture with proof of delivery to the warehouse & still I’ve had an email to say it’s not been received… I mean you can’t get much more fraudulent than that!
I just want my refund for the 1 pair of shorts I returned.
Be very wary if your ordering from this company

Excellent customer service when I though my parcel had been lost in the Christmas delivery chaos. Alex did an incredible job helping me and luckily it turned up a week later than 'confirmed delivery'.

I bought a pair of leggings and biker shorts - both great quality and great design. THE PROBLEM: I bought them online, it detected I was in FR so the website switched the country to FR, charged me in EUR and when I received the package, the post charged me 20 EUR customs fee. This experience was truly bizare - I never got charged a customs fee for buying from what appears to be a European online store and voxy's response was beyond disappointing :

I have multiple pairs of VOXY shorts (more than I would like to admit...) and love them all. The quality is great and I love the variety of patterns. I had my first order with a small issue from manufacturing recently and it was handled very quickly by Alex.

I have purchased the 2 in 1 running shorts and have to leave a review.
As a pretty serious triathlete/runner functional and comfortable gear is essential. I tend to stick to the more well known sports brands, however was lured in by the lovely colours of these shorts. I have not been disappointed. They are very comfortable and feel secure and light. The two pockets are a real bonus, you will be surprised how many running shorts have insufficient pocket space, you usually have to pay a lot more. These shorts are genuinely amazing value, and as a result I have now purchased four pairs in a very short space of time! Just to note I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled in this case, and I hope it helps my fellow running ladies ☺️

Love my new shorts and I previously bought the same print for my friend who LOVES here’s too 🫶🏻 great quality shorts don’t move. I found sizing is true to size. I’m a 14 and choose a size Large. Also the customer service is brilliant, responsive friendly company.

Got 2 pairs as a birthday present. She literally wears them every day 🤝

Shorts et brassière très quali mais frais de douane très élevés alors qu'il y a déjà des frais de port à payer lors de la commande. Je ne recommande pas d'acheter chez eux si vous êtes en France, il y a des sites qui proposent des outfits de sport tout aussi stylés et qualitatifs sans autant de frais

I absolutely love the shorts, so many great designs and they are really nice quality. I think I’m up to my 7th pair! Really liking the addition of pockets on the 5” ones.
Had an issue with one of my orders and Alex was able to sort it out quickly for me. My only feedback would be to make the returns process a little easier, but keep up the great work guys!

These are the best quality leggings I've ever had. The designs are different than anything else which is amazing but the biggest highlight is the unparalleled quality. Wash after wash they never change shape or colour. I've had the same pairs for a couple of years now. They're comfy around my stomach even after 2 kids & surgery. Absolutely top quality brand!!

I recently ordered from VOXY and had a very disappointing experience. When placing my order, the website clearly stated 0€ taxes, so I naturally assumed the final price shown at checkout was the price I’d pay. However, once my order arrived, I was asked to pay an additional 37€ in customs fees. This was never disclosed during the purchase process — no warning appeared when I entered my EU shipping address, and the prices were shown in EUR, which is very misleading.
I contacted customer service to ask for clarification and suggested a fair solution: a partial refund for one of the items (which cost less than the customs fee). Instead of addressing my request, they pointed me to disclaimers on separate pages of their website and then stopped responding altogether.
This kind of practice — advertising “tax-free” checkout prices while shifting unexpected costs onto customers later — feels deliberately misleading. Worse, their customer service shows no willingness to resolve issues or act in good faith.
After reading other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one who has had this experience. I would advise anyone who's not based in the UK considering purchasing from VOXY to be extremely cautious. What looks like a good deal can end up costing you much more than expected, with little to no support from the brand. It's a pity since they have cool designs...

I loved the shorts I got, but unfortunately they didnt fit. I had to pay importcosts and the return was also very expensive.. I would have love to be informed about the risk that those Costs are possible..
I have returned the package 22-7 and they still havent processed the return..
I wouldnt order again, unless they will be Selling in Europe…
