I use my Vox card most days and I feel safe in knowing that a verification code is sent to my phone when making purchases online and when I log in to my account on line. That added security is very important to me to know that they are doing everything possible to keep my funds safe! The customer service team are always helpful and friendly so I cannot recommend Vox money highly enough.
I’ve never had a problem until recently they put my card on hold I have no money for bills or to even get to work, they reply to emails once a week I call every day the customer service team just says the compliance team will get back to me I don’t know what’s going on with them I will have to find a new bank for general spending
I can't access my money they put a hold on my account you can never ring them you get voice mail and iv sent lots of emails no response. Iv also been waiting a month just to get a refund back from a company and they message someone will contact you soon never happens now I can't get any money out of my account I have kids to feed and bills to pay .
Awful banking service. Never works as it should, customer service is useless. Desperately need a new bank

This company is by far the worst I have ever known. My father hasn't had access to his money since November 2021, they never answer the phone and never reply to emails. Absolutely shocking service, you should be shut down.
If I could give this company zero stars I would.. Absolutely terrible company... I spent Christmas unable to use my money several times since Christmas ive been unable to access my money.. today 25th April Again unable to access my money.. when I finally got through to customer service They told me that they can't tell me how long this problem will go on so I've no idea when I'll actually be able to get access to my cash.. I'm behond fuming and frustrated with these people they are literally worse than useless😠 🤬

Dreadful to be honest, First time ever phoning them even at 9:30PM and i was still waiting to get a answer 45 minutes later, still not spoken to anyone,
They even state this is the number to contact them in an emergency if your card is ever fraudulently used or stolen, now by the time i have actually spoken to someone to potentially even report my card stolen, id probably have my account emptied out. absolute joke.
