AWFUL AND STRESSFUL

Same as others problem with MSE santander off of £100. Ive fulfilled the offer but they are refusing voucher. Santander wont confirm with them so Ive logged an official complaint being sent to FOS.
Voucher sent have no clear method for contact just an enquiry form so you go round and round in circles. You cant provide acreenshots or uploads.
Contacted MSE but they arent interested either.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid

Literally Pointless

This is a scam, but I don't even know why since I didn't give them any money, presumably Santander are paying them to entice customers to their bank and they are just taking the money from that side and pretending the end user doesn't exist?

Either way, I have given up the little remaining hope I had of every receiving the sign up bonus, and I will be closing my Santander account.

They are fraudsters !!

They are fraudsters ! I tried their £100 Amazon voucher offer for switching banks and jumped through all their hoops but along with everyone else on here and Martin Lewis forum and YouTube etc I have not received the voucher. I have also spoken to Santander several times but they say it is nothing to do with them even though it says on voucher sent they are their customer along with well known energy companies etc so they should really be taking action as now voucher(NOT)sent have all my data and details to sell for far more than the lower than RRP cost they would have paid if the vouchers even exist. No name , no phone numbers , just a faceless online website probably using AI. Have reported to the financial ombudsman to look at and would hope Santander take action too!! Waste of time and stress of nearly 6 months and will no doubt take a further 6 months for them to be investigated ! Will also report to watchdog and trading standards and suggest everyone else who applied and also in this situation does the same as it should not be allowed and put me off promotions ever again ( and sadly Martin Lewis!)

Appalling company!

Same as most others on here that I did the Santander incentive and they stated that they had not tracked it, despite receiving the qualifying email.
You are unable to contact anyone and nobody gets back to you. Absolutely disgusting!
MSE should not be promoting this!

Santander £100 Amazon scam voucher sent

Total scam. Signed up for the £100 Amazon reward in October through Money Saving Expert to open Santander account. Had confirmation from voucher sent and complied with all terms and conditions. But no voucher received. Chased it up four times with voucher sent who saying conveniently it was not tracked and they need to go via Santander. Avoid at all costs will be closing Santander account also. MSE should not advertise these scams.

I went through the…Santander £100 Amazon Voucher Offer – Voucher Sent Blame Game, No Payout

I went through the MoneySavingExpert-tracked Santander £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card offer for opening an Edge (or Everyday) current account. The T&Cs were clear: “Claim a £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card if accepted for a Santander Edge... and complete 30 debit card transactions within 60 days of account opening.”

What I did:
-Applied via MSE affiliate link
-Account approved
-Made 30+ qualifying debit card payments within 60 days
-Account still open/active

What happened next:
-No automatic voucher email/link from VoucherSent
-Called Santander: "Contact VoucherSent, not us"
-VoucherSent: "Submit enquiry with with OLA number, -product, app date, affiliate site"

Santander & VoucherSent are just passing the buck.

This feels like a classic affiliate scam where the bank promotes but doesn't deliver, and the voucher firm dodges.

Misleading or worse?

I received Martin Lewis (MSE's) newsletter and used the link for the Amazon voucher. I followed MSE's instructions to the letter and got a confirmation email from Vouchersent. 4 months go by and nothing so I raised a query with them on 26th Feb as requested. I had a reply stating that my application hadn't been tracked(?) I did try complaining to MSE but they say it is between Santander and Vouchersent and they are unable to help. Unbelievable!

Shame on Martin Lewis's company for…

Shame on Martin Lewis's company for recommending voucher sent. Me and my partner both did not receive our vouchers. The customer service from voucher sent is appalling to. I feel very disappointed that this was advertised and recommended by MSE.

Voucher sent -total scam

Opened the Santander account and no vouchers received from voucher sent. Santander will not help at all as they say it’s nothing to do with them. I did it on the back of Martin Lewis and it wasn’t made clear that the offer was not from Santander. I have tried emailing voucher sent but the emails just come back unsent. Total scam. I hope Martin Lewis does something about this. Very disappointed

Avoid company...

I'd advise people to avoid this company. I applied for a Santander edge account in October 2025 with £100 voucher incentive. Despite meeting the criteria, I have not received the voucher and It's past the deadline of 28/02 and I've reached out twice with no response.

I will have to take this up with the consumer authority if nothing is done about it

SCAM

SCAM! Applied for a Santander account in October with a £100 voucher as an incentive.
It’s now 28th Feb 2026 and still no sign of ‘VoucherSent’ sending my voucher, despite me meeting all of the eligibility criteria and emailing them twice to ask where it is.
Will be reported to Santander, Action Fraud and the FCA.

Disappointing service

I did not receive the Amazon vouchers I was expecting. This was the only reason I opened the bank account for which that was the incentive. I am told I need to provide information that was not made clear I would need to save.

I really do feel that it must be possible to verify that I met the conditions of receiving the vouchers.

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.

I feel scammed

OLA number?

Opened an Everyday current account expecting a £100 Amazon voucher. I have queried this with Vouchersent and all I get back is a message asking for my OLA number. I do not have this on any documents from Santander. I contacted Santander and they do not have an OLA number either nor can their IT dept recover it. Where do I go from here????

UPDATE after a lot of emails and perseverence I got the OLA number from Santander. Now received my Amazon gift card number for the expected £100. Won't be doing this again! Will now close my Santander account.

I still haven't received my Amazon £100…

I still haven't received my Amazon £100 voucher by the deadline of 26th of Feb. I am extremely annoyed about this, in addition to the time it's taken me to repeatedly fill in the enquiry form and not hear back from you. I've also sent you screenshots showing the sign up confirmation from Vouchersent and the Santander account opening success email. I can also send you the 60 transactions in 30 days proof from my bank statement.

I have all the evidence submitted to…

I have all the evidence submitted to them after opening a Santander account for a £30 voucher and it has been months with no voucher. They got back to me today, to say they sent it in November and I told them I haven’t received nothing from them. Total scam! They are now not responding.

Total scam. I signed up for a First Direct bank account switch via the Money Saving Expert website - it said I would receive a £25 Amazon voucher, in December 2025. I got an email from 'Voucher Sent' confirming I was signed up, and the message said I would receive a link for the voucher some time after December 8th. It never materialised. Eventually I gave up on it arriving and chased them but it now says I've left it too long, so they won't let me have it. I am shocked and appalled that a highly regarded figure like Martin Lewis uses these cowboys to make promises they have no intention of keeping. Steer clear of their offers, in order to avoid disappointment.

Flawed system

My example was the Santander offer, the sign-up process was severely flawed. If Santander use this company then I will not be banking with them any time soon.
