Great service, prompt shipment.

Very happy with the 10KW system I received and installed. They had the best prices and were quick to replace panels that were damaged by the shipper.

Great customer service. Webo helped me with part numbers and pricing that made it easy for me me. I will be using them again.

Being a new customer, I split my orders up just to be safe. I am happy to report that everything arrived within an expected time frame using Fed Ex and Heather was gracious and provided invoices to confirm prior to shipment as well as inquiring about the receipt of the items I ordered. Everything went well and when I need solar equipment in the near future I will use this firm again.

Heather and Meredith have been wonderful to work with. I couldnt ask for better service. They’re quick, kind and efficient. Thank you so much for the help!

I received the Juicebox EV charger as describe. It looked new and worked first time when power on the box. Thank you Websolar

Ordered a home EV charger from them and the process went smoothly. Order had been on backorder at the time. They kept me up to date with timing and after shipping, product arrived quickly! Would order from them again!

The staff is friendly and helpful. I am glad I chose Webo Solar for my Midnite Solar Kid charge controller.

Price and availability was great. Had problem on shipping damage but they took care of it. Will buy from them again.

Meredith Robert was fantastic ! I was freaking out. Wired them over 12k... never talked to them except emails. Not my style. BUT it's all good. They must do a lot of solar business. I wanted AC panels. Other places told me it wasn't possible. They got them. Price on every single item.. better than any place else. Got a credit for paying cash that washed the shipping charges. Delivered my whole order within 7 days. Communication was on the spot. This was win-win all the way. Sooo if your wondering, Is this real... It is. Thank you Pedro, Heather and especially Meredith for putting up with me. Your all the best ! JRS

I love Webo Solar. I do a lot of PV service and systems with inverters that are older than 10 years often need new inverters. I used to use a supply house to order the new units, but I started using Webo and couldn't be happier. Their inverters are less expensive (including shipping) than my supply house and they offer the convenience of shopping online. Their customer support is also top notch. I wish I had more thumbs because two thumbs up isn't enough!

Excellent service and quick shipping times!

Ordered two SMA inverters. Good price.
The order process was smooth and fast.
Shipping is fast with tracking.
Heather G. was fast and great!
Highly recommended.

This purchase was for my own small off grid RE system that has evolved over 40 years. In my work I have initialized 100's of cells in Telecom, UPS and Microgrid systems, however when it's your own system, you have the extra investment for wanting it to be prefect. The transaction could not have gone better. The 2v Rolls cells arrived on time and commissioned predictably.

Really helpful staff, I called to get help with replacing some Magnum equipment for our off grid system. They were easy to reach and knowledgable. I had to wait a few weeks for my equipment but they told me up front about the wait so that there were no surprises. Overall great experience!

Just got my permits approved by my local jurisdiction. I am so happy with the attention from Elsa, I got always a quick response from her and she solved all my questions.

When I called Webo Solar I spoke to Heather, she was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond. She went above and beyond to answer my questions. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I received my purchased product without issue and Webo Solar communicated with me on a regular basis regarding the purchase and the shipment details. The product arrived in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my purchase using Webo Solar. Webo Solar also verified after the delivery with me that I received the product properly.

Customer service with this company is off the charts exceptional. On top of that you can't beat the prices. I bought a midnight 150sl from webo. A few hours later I found a windmill. Purchased from somewhere else, but I needed another charge controller. So, I went to webo (best prices around) purchased a midnight 200. Within no time i get an email from webo. Asking to make sure I ment to purchase two different controllers at two different times. Also did a follow up email to make sure I received them and everything was alright.
