Die Ersatzteil Stossstange für den Vw T2 wurde beschädigt angeliefert und auf die Frage, ob man die Versandkosten bei Rückversand erstattet bekommt, folgte keine Antwort. Somit habe ich 40 Euro umsonst ausgegeben. Ich hoffe, dass ich meinen Rechnungsbetrag zurück bekomme. Was für ein Laden ! Nie wieder kaufe ich dort ein.

Habe falsche Ware erhalten. Habe diese Ware nie bestellt. Nach der Rücksendung der Ware wird Geld nicht mehr zurückgezahlt. Verkäufer zahlt mir mein Geld nicht wieder aus und schiebt alles auf die lange Bank

I ordered 2 cluth pedal bushes for my camper van. Waited a week and not heard anything. When I contacted them they said oh we can send them as there is a russian steel embargo. I had nothing to say this previously and they are still available online to ship to UK. No apology no reply to my email to raise to a complaint. Just a refund sent no email to confirm this. It worked great for me as got them from Brickwerks £20 cheaper. Would never use this company again.

Absolut zu empfehlen ! Die Preise sind sehr freundlich, kommen von VW direkt und in DE innerhalb 2 Werktage habe ich alles bekommen. Die schleckte Bewertung ist nicht zu nachvollziehen. Weiter so VW Parts !

Ich habe Teile für meine Golf 2 bestellt und gleichzeitig eine Teil von China,die lustige ist der aus China ist eingetroffen und von Classic noch nicht.Wenn möglich null Sterne zu geben,würde ich dabei.Nicht zu empfehlen. Eingach Nuuuuuull.

Heute wollte ich beim freundlichen eine Riemenscheibe bestellen um meinen top gepflegten VW T4 von 1996 reparieren zu können. Leider hält Volkswagen es nicht für nötig den Erhalt des Fahrzeuges zu unterstützen. Mit der Aussage, dass das Teil verfügbar wäre, der Hersteller für mein Fahrzeug allerdings nicht mehr in der Pflicht wäre, für dieses Ersatzteile bereit zu stellen, wurde meine Anfrage abgelehnt.

Zweimal bestellt, zweimal falsch geliefert. Kundenservice am Telefon ist - ich darf mich hier nicht so ausdrücken, wie es den Umständen tatsächlich entspricht - absolut unzureichend. Kurz und knapp - Shop ist an Inkompetenz kaum zu überbieten!
Erklärung zum Versagen - auf der Webseite werden die Verpackungsgrößen, nicht aber die Größen der bestellten Teile angegeben... Klar...ist ja bei Ersatzteilen für ein Auto auch absolut irrelevant. Die baut man schließlich immer mit Verpackung ein... Ohne Worte...

Teil bestellt, per PayPal bezahlt - keine Lieferung, keine Rückmeldung, keine Antwort auf mails :-(
Also lieber nicht mehr dort bestellen...
Ich hoffe ich muss das Geld nicht abschreiben und es passiert doch noch ein Wunder oder so etwas ähnliches

Ordered a window seal, was sent a part that doesn’t fit what they stated would fix, asked for a return and they accepted, sent the item back and they just ignored me for a month, sent numerous emails and they haven’t replied. I would avoid if you can

This is my awful experience with them.

08.12.2021. - I've purchased a windscreen seal from them via PayPal. [40,19€ (price of the item) + 65,90€ (shipping) = 106,09€] After numerous tries and errors I had to purchase it "as a guest".

10.12.2021. - After being stuck in "processing" for few days I've contacted their support asking for an explanation. - I received no response.

11.12.2021. - Contacted them again. - No response.

14.12.2021. - I contacted them for the third time, stating if I don't hear from them I'll request a refund.
same day- I opened a PayPal ticket and explained everything and provided screenshots.

15.12.2021. - After that they responded by saying that my order was "stuck" and that there was some kind of "import failure" and they will check with the IT and get back to me.
same day - I've responded by requesting a cancelation and a refund as I no longer can wait for them as I've gotten in touch with other sellers.

16.12.2021. - I sent another e-mail saying that responses take longer than usual and that's the reason I'm sending another e-mail as they don't have to bother with IT, just to cancel my order. - I received no response.

After several messages in PayPal Volkswagen Payments S.A. finally came through saying they've contacted VW Classic Parts and I should hear from them.

17.12.2021. - VW Classic Parts sent an email saying they've canceled the order and "will make a refund". - No refund was issued.
same day - I've contacted them back saying that the order status in my account is still not canceled. - I received no response.

20.12.2021. - I've contacted them explaining how I'm tired of their empty promises and I'm requesting a refund once again. - No response from them.

22.12.2021. - I've escalated the case to PayPal.
same day - VW Classic Parts responded by saying order was indeed canceled but not in shop-based window and their "bookkeeping" will send money back via PayPal "ASAP". - They didn't.

24.12.2021. - PayPal ended up refunding me, NOT the VW Classic Parts. I've received a response from PayPal that the case that was closed in my favor.

As you can see, they kept ignoring my emails constantly, over and over again, and each time they actually responded (with empty promise) was caused [1] by VW Payments A.S contacting them and [2] By PayPal. If it wasn't for PayPal I would not have received my money back and I would be ignored as usual.

Very sad service, very unprofessional, uncooperative and ignorant for a company to behave like this which is open mockery in my face. They probably had intention of never returning the money.

This wouldn't be the first time they did this according to trustedshops.eu !

Personal advice: AVOID THEM !

Also diese Firma hat es anscheinend nicht nötig, dass man hier Artikel bestellt! Warte seit fast einem Monat auf die bestellten Artikel und es tut sich nichts! Man merke an, die Artikel waren alle als lagernd deklariert und mit einer Versandzeit von 3-5Tagen bei Überweisung angegeben! Da ich mit PayPal bezahlt habe sollte es wohl eigentlich noch schneller gehen. Hier werde ich definitiv nicht mehr bestellen und eine positive Weiterempfehlung gibt's für den schlechten (keinen) Service auch nicht!

In den letzten 3 Jahren habe ich hier 10 Bestellungen durchgeführt. Insgesamt gab es wenig Anlass für Kritik und wenn, wurde immer eine einvernehmliche Lösung gefunden.

Bei original Ersatzteilen braucht man sich in qualitativer Hinsicht nicht fürchten. Classic Parts ist zudem stehts bemüht, nicht mehr lieferbare Ersatzteile neu auflegen zu lassen. Problematisch ist hier nur, das die gering nachgefragten Stückzahlen meist eine Neuauflage unwirtschaftlich machen. Trotz alledem bekommt Classic Parts es oft noch hin, das Eine oder Andere wieder auf dem Markt zu bekommen.

Da manchmal die Originalhersteller nicht mehr existieren, versucht Classic Parts alternative Hersteller für sich zu gewinnen. Hier kann die Qualität oder auch das Aussehen vom ursprünglichen Original schon einmal abweichen. Aber der Klassik-Liebhaber ist dennoch froh, wenn es solche Teile wieder gibt und greift gerne zu.

Das Angagement von Classic Parts ist absolut lobenswert und manchmal für den Klassiker Überlebensnotwendig.

Got the parts quickly and even though there was an error, it was quickly solved. Posting was quick and well protected.
