I placed an order on September 5th. It said shipped. Ups said no package received. After many emails giving me hope that my issue would be resolved soon, I finally received my order which was not entirely correct. My items were now out of stock. During the middle of all the emails, I was given store credit that I was scared to use being that I was already having shipping issues. In the end, they sent me double amounts of part of my order and lots more store credit. I have used the credit and received all of my items. It took almost a month to get my first order, but just days for my second order. They stood behind their products and made things right for me. I would give them 5 stars, but the lack of transparency during emails was a little frustrating. I will order from them again.

Order from 25sep they didnt ship i wanted to cancel and to get refund till now nothing happened we are in 2026 one click suppose to end everything and get my refund!!!!

I'm very new to this space and had only ordered from one other research company. I decided to give Void a try after seeing alot of advertising on TikTok. I placed an order with them for more than 300 dollars on 9/18 and I'm still waiting for my order. I expected them to at least communicate with me but they don't seem to even know what is going on with my order or they're blaming UPS They're a company based in Houston Tx where i live. I just emailed them and they said they would reach out to me by Tuesday. At this point I feel scammed and have given up on making Void research a reliable source. But I want others to be aware of the unprofessional treatment. Being honest someone did respond saying they would give me a 75$ credit on my next order. But how could they expect someone to continue ordering they're products after such horrible customer service? Makes no sense i asked for a refund but they ignored that request.

Place the order. September 21, my order still saying being processed every other day, y’all give me the run around about when my order will be shipped out what’s the issue

You never shipped my order, admitted international shipping was suspended, and offered a full refund.

I accepted. You still haven’t processed it.

Multiple missed deadlines, repeated apologies, and no resolution.

I have all the emails documenting this situation.

I have to give a five star rating because of the customer service. It’s excellent in making the customer top priority and making things right.

Scam! Don’t buy from them. They won’t give me my money back and they just postponed the shipment using excuses all the time. Can show all the mails and messages if someone need evidence.

They sent me a tracking number for a package that was never given to UPS. Customer service won’t give me a straight answer, resend, or refund me. It’s been 2 weeks of emailing so filed a claim with my bank.

Ordered from them. They state 2 day shipping. Took over two weeks. I had to email them multiple times and threaten a charge back in order to get my order. HORRIBLE customer service and will give you the run around. They gave me a $50 credit and I used it in hopes that it would not have been repeated… wrong… same pattern. Terrible. Terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Horrible, they send me the wrong product on my first order. On my second order, my product came broken. On my third order, I still have yet to receive it. I called the number they have on their website to talk to customer service and nobody responds via text or call. At this point I requested a refund and again nobody has called me back
