Etwas schlechteres habe ich noch nie erlebt ! Hatte ein Klimagerät gekauft, was dann ankam war was anderes, ein Luftkühler, wollte es zurück geben, da hiess es, muss es direkt nach China senden, Postversand muss selber bezahlt werden und kostet mehr als der Inhalt !

Einfach nur ein Skandal !

Bestellt ja nichts dort !!!!

Achtung Betrüger.
Es wird falsche, minderwertige Ware versendet.
Das Geld wir erst zurückerstattet, wenn die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückgesendet wird. Selbstverständlich muss due Ware ohne Schäden ankommen. Alternativ wird 30% Rückerstattung angeboten... Finger weg von diesem Anbieter. Die betreiben noch weitere OnlineShops....

NIE, NIE, NIE etwas bei Voguewelt bestellen! Äusserst schlechte, billige Chinaware. Eine Rücksendung ist nur auf China möglich. Also ist das Geld verloren. Grösse passt nicht, Ware entsorgt.

Absolut schlechteste ware, die niemals den angebotenen Leistungen nahe kommt. Mehrere Schäden bei der ankunft am Gehäuse und innen am Gerät- letztere können niemals durch Transport entstanden sein sondetn bei det Verpackung. Lieferant reagiert gar nicht auf Reklamationen. HÄNDE WEG von dieser Firma

Sehr schlecht Kundenservice, Rücksendung aufgrund mangelhafter Ware wird nicht ermöglicht bzw. ist nicht zumutbar!

bestellt auf keinen fall bei voguewelt, die ware kommt nivht an zuerst wirst du per mail vertröstet und dann keine antwort mehr.
bitte bestellt dort nicht.

edit 11.9.26: voguewelt hat hier auf meinen post reagiert, ich soll mich melden. habe ich gemacht und natürlich KEINE antwort erhalten.
es bleibt dabei:
- schlechter bis kein service
- ware kommt NICHT
- bestellt unter keinen umständen bei voguewelt.

antworten zwar auf trustpilot aber NCHT auf Mails an die genannte Supportadresse! Mehrere Maiilanfragen sind bis heute unbeantwortet!
Ich hatte bereits eine Erklärung, Fotos eingereicht, seither keine Antwort.
Sie lassen wohl lieber die 30d verstreichen bevor sie die nicht vorhandene Rücksendeadresse bekanntgeben.

Hey eine Antwort erhalten vom Support!!!
Wieder eine KI generierte Mail, dass Sie mein Anliegen prüfen und ernst nehmen. Aber nach wie vor keine konkrete Antwort und schon gar keine Rücksendeadresse.

Kauft und bestellt bloss NIE etwas bei Voguewelt! Die Ware ist von äusserst schlechter Qualität, schlecht verarbeitet, unzumutbar dünner Stoff, Artikel sehen anders aus wie in der Anzeige betreffend Farbe und Schnitt.
Das Rückgabeverfahren ist eine Katastrophe. Anstatt einer Rückgabe Adresse muss man zuerst Kontakt aufnehmen und warten bis die Rückgabe genehmigt wird. Wo gibts den sowas!?

Hab ne Klima Bestellt. Wurde seit über oi monat nicht Geliefert, man wird immer verströstet isch unterwegs...dann schaut man Versandstatus immer gleich. Man hat es Überwiessen aber Keine Ware...wie kann das sein...das man es so lange zuschaut und es wird nichts unternommen...sowas kann nicht sein.

Ich habe etwas für einer Hochzeit bestellt und habe es nur bestellt da es geschrieben war ; heute vor 12 Uhr bestellt morgen geliefert leider nach 1.5 Wochen nichts angekommen und konnte so zu sagen nackt gehen einfach nichts passendes gehabt danke für die Inkompetenz und die lüge das ihr so schnell liefert!

habe eine Klimaanlage für Fr. 279.- bestellt und bekommen habe ich einen Ventilator (China) Wert ca. Fr. 30.- bitte bestellt bei diesen Betrügern nichts, denen sollte man das Handwerk legen. ich werde mein Geld egal wo sie sich befinden zurückfordern mit Spesen.

I ordered an adjustable side table for CHF 98.95 from Vogue Welt on 19 July. The website gave me every impression that I was purchasing from a European retailer: a German-language website/domain, prices in CHF, Swiss Post displayed for shipping, and, most importantly, the explicit statement “Ordered before 11 PM, shipped today.”
Fast delivery was an important reason for my purchase. However, the parcel took approximately three weeks to arrive. I contacted customer service several times during this period asking for an explanation. I received polite but generic responses, without any clear explanation for the delay.

When the parcel finally arrived, I discovered Chinese domestic shipping labels on the original packaging, showing that the product had gone through the Chinese logistics network. This was certainly not what I reasonably expected from the way the product and shipping were presented on the website.

I immediately requested to return the item unopened. Customer service asked me for the reason and a photograph of the unopened parcel, both of which I provided. They then confirmed in writing that they had received everything needed and that I would shortly receive the return shipping details.

I am still waiting.

I have followed up repeatedly asking simply for the return address, but I have not received them as if the support team was disappeard!!!
What makes this experience particularly concerning is that the website currently displays “4.7/5 Excellent – Trustpilot”, while customers should check the actual Trustpilot profile themselves before purchasing.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I am writing this because I wish I had seen the experiences of other customers before placing my order.

Update after Voguewelt’s response:

I expected exactly this response, because it is essentially the same generic reply given to every customer reporting a similar experience.

What is particularly striking is that it does not address the actual concern at all. Customers are saying that they have already contacted the support email repeatedly and are not receiving meaningful assistance, yet the public response is simply to contact the very same email address again.

I therefore do not consider this response relevant to my case.

I have been trying for more than a month to return this item and obtain the return instructions that were promised to me. At this point, I will dispose of or recycle the item as soon as possible. I do not want to keep it in my living room as a daily reminder of an unpleasant purchasing experience, the money I paid, and the complete lack of meaningful resolution.

And in advance, I am genuinely sorry for the customers who may have the same experience after me. At the time of writing, 100% of the reported customer experiences on this Trustpilot page are negative, and seeing the same generic public response repeated beneath these complaints makes the pattern even more concerning.

I bought items which were promised to be sent in a few days but the y haven't arrived after two weeks.This is a disaster. I will return them if they ever arrive.I won't recommend this shop at all.

Eine Bande unfähiger Fröhlicher. Betrüger mit Kunden in Kontakt bringen, das ist das Vogue-Welt-Projekt.
Eine inakzeptable Servicequalität nach dem Verkauf. Antworten auf die besten, teilweise und mehrheitlich völlig sachbezogenen Fragen. Das Einzige, was man mit ihnen machen muss, ist wegzulaufen und sein Geld woanders auszugeben als auf dieser Plattform für jede Art von Betrug. Egal, wie weit wir im Jahr 2026 sind: Es gibt immer noch diese Art von (beschissenen) Website, die auf der Straße für das organisierte Bandscrollen steht. Dies ist der Nemo-Punkt des Versandhandels. Erbärmlich, unfähig, böse, Lügner, Dieb... und das sind nur die ersten Superlative, die mir in den Sinn kommen.

Misleading product description and poor serviceVery disappointing experience. The hat was advertised as a "handmade Panama hat", but the product I received was a low-quality mass-produced item from China that does not match the description.

When I requested a return, I was told to send it back at my own cost to a private address in China, despite the website presenting itself as a European company.

The product description was misleading, the return process is unreasonable, and I would not recommend buying from this company.

As requested, I contacted you directly by email before posting this review. Unfortunately, I did not receive a fair or reasonable solution. I was only offered a 30% refund or a full refund if I paid to return the item to China. My review reflects my genuine experience as a customer.

Oh no I didn't read the reviews, first I thought it was a Swiss company and I gave my money away. I'm still waiting for the product I ordered.

Limit illegal - they send what you think you'eve order after more than 1 month but its pure bullshit. I received a fan (sold as an air conditionning unit). I admit, I should have been more discerning, but when it 37°C outside, you get taken in by anything that will relieve you. But they exploit that. Bascially I paid more than $250 on something that not worth $50. I can't be bothered to ask for a refund because their whole model is dishonest. They complicate communciations, lie, knowing that you you most likely give up. They win, I give up, but not before warning those more careful than me. Avoid this company - its not woth the hassle. And to Vogue World, don't bother replying with your bullshit boiler plate answer - people who read here see through it.

Warte schon ein Monat auf Paket , Werde immer vertröstet! Keine Adresse zum Ware retournieren!

Ich habe eine schwebende Mondlampe gekauft. Sie funktioniert gar nicht. Ich war in Kontakt mit dem Support um einen Rücksendeschein zu bekommen. Das guilt nicht bei Voguewelt; Sie stellen keinen Rücksendeschein aus. Man muss ein Video machen und zeigen wie die Lampe nicht funzioniert, und das Video ihnen zurückschicken. Unglaublich! Nie wieder etwas bei Voguewelt kaufen.
