Scam, purchased a dress, in the tracking says it was delivered but I never received anything.

Ordered in Jan ,said delivery 7-15 days. Still waiting. emailed them and they said it had been sent and delivered and to check my mailbox. They then said they would check carrier. No response now. Rang TikTok who said it was not on their shop but an advert, bit confusing as I thought it was same umbrella. They were very helpful and advised me to contact bank. They were even more helpful and they are now chasing this company.

Es una estafa yo hice mi pedido en diciembre del 2025 y no me a llegado nada y estamos a 21 de febrero del 2026 y encima está todo en chino y les escribí un correo y no me contestaron se están haciendo de oro con el dinero de la gente HDP

I ordered 50 pounds worth of stuff from this company and a month later the tracking is telling me that it has been delivered and nothing has been delivered!! When contacting this so called company i got ignored!! Completely unacceptable and i will be doing EVERYTHING in my power to hold these vial scammers accountable and get the sight shut down

Hice un pedido hace más de un mes. Se supone que el envio estandar es de 7 a 15 días. Desde el correo electrónico que te envían, puedes hacer el seguimiento, que intuyo es ficticio, porque no recibes el paquete... Incluso te dá un nombre de un supuesto transportista en chino, y que traducido sería "esperanza estelar". Hasta en el seguimiento es la misma cosa, pero con una traducción más significativa "deseo estrella".
Vamos que te quedas sin dinero y con el deseo que te llegue lo que tenías esperanza de poder comprar.
Tiene toda la pinta d euna estafa, de ahí los precios.

Obviamente no he recibido nada, y mucho menos que entre en el buzón.

Didn't receive items and no response from customer service

Ordered some clothing and chased for delivery information. Email came through with perfect written English asking for email address etc and confirmed that items were in transit but would take time due to location (China). Every day for 20 days have checked transit via a website for courier items and today it now says it was delivered.
WoW!!!!!!!! how I have been scammed for £20, not a lot of money, but guess this 'person' is making a mint in getting money from people with their AI Generated images of clothing.
Facebook and Instagram, Tiktok should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this scam to be advertised on their algorithm.

Leider ist mir nicht früher eingefallen mich über diesen Shop zu informieren.
Es macht mich traurig und wütend zugleich auf so einen Fake Shop herein gefallen zu sein ich hoffe anderen damit zu helfen es nicht zu tun.
Habe zwei Pakete bestellt und bezahlt ,nichts dafür bekommen.
Sehr traurige aber auch eine Lehre nichts mehr über Tick Tock zu bestellen.

Never ever more. They need more then 4 Weeks to deliver and do that by the wronge place. Now i have nothing, no cloving, no money… nothing 🤬🤬🤬

Buenos dias soy de españa hice mi pedido hace 1 mes y medio según dice que me lo entregaron el dia 1 de febrero. Nunca me llegó nada y en el cistema dice que me lo entregaron. Pero no es cierto ps no estaría escribiendo. Quisiera saber si a mas gente le a pasado esto si es una página de estafa
Me daría pena porque tienen buena ropa les pediría una devolución de mi dinero o la.solucion de mi pedido.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi d’habitude, je vérifie toujours les avis. le week-end, j’étais d’humeur joyeuse. J’ai commander pour tester, cela fait six semaines, je n’ai toujours rien reçu et quand je demande sur les pubs de tik-tok où est ma commande. Des nouveaux profils avec de fausses photos vont visiter le mien et ne répondent jamais.
C’est une escroquerie de masse…

If I could give it zero I would. I ordered lots of clothes in two parcels, they are saying they were delivered they were not the delivery address is even undefined, no more information whatsoever. When I email customer service they dont respond this has been a scam from strt to finish. Calling police

I ordered early jan 2026, its now Feb 2026 and still not recieved my order. I have emailed them and got told they will intruct to ship my order, even though it says my order has been shipped and delivered?

Hice un pedido a primeros de Enero y todavía no he recibido nada. Me he puesto en contacto con ellos y no hay contestación. El pedido figura como entregado y yo no he recibido nada. Pienso que es una tienda poco fiable y engañosa.

Ordered from this company back at the beginning of Jan26, still have not received my order. Contacted company to find out where my order is and just keep getting fobbed off with its on its way, company is very busy. Have now seen complaints from other customers with same problem.
Beginning to think that this is a dodgy company. Would not recommend other people using it.
