i hate this company.Internet is so so bad .Im never gonna use this anymore

Nje compani qe nuk te pergjigjet ne rast difekti.duhet te presesh tekniken pas 48 oresh,nderkohe qe ab qendron pa sherbim.kjo ska kuptim.

A ton of packet loss all the time even if the speed says what i pay it is the packet loss makes it a bad experience. Yt videos dont load,getting kicked from online games etc

I made contract with them, as foreigner, the staff was very helpful and friendly, spoke english well., already been using it for 3 months. The cell network has good coverage, tough it does become worse during the rain season, however we can't complain for that ridiculously low price.

If there were 0 stars that's what I would have given, as Vodafone Albania doesn't even deserve one star. Abysmal service. They take money from people, meanwhile the connection drops all the time, it is impossible to use, even googling is a challenge. There was a clear drop in quality in the past days, but leave it to Vodafone not to notify their paying users about this, or provide any reason or time frame for the service to go back to normal. This is theft. Don't waste your money, you'd be better off using a pigeon.

I purchased the tourist package online and until the end it is not clear to me if there is an eSim option or not. I tried to contact the customer service, but the automatic chat bot is unbelievably bad. Getting in chat contact with a person was another underwhelming experience, we greeted each other, I described my situation and don't receive an answer (waited 20 mins).

In data 10 Luglio ho effettuato l' acquisto di una sim card Vodafone Albania sul loro sito. Il sistema è andato in tilt e mi ha detratto due pagamenti con lo stesso numero, del costo di 24,72€, uno alle ore 18.24:14 secondi e un altro alle ore 18.24:52 secondi.
Ho inviato email all' assistenza Vodafone Albania ma non ho ricevuto risposta.
Aspetto il rimborso di un pagamento.

If there was 0 star review I would give it to Vodafone in Albania cause they’re total scammers. I went to the shop bought a SIM card with 100gb data and it run out in 21days. Contacted Vodafone they said tourist deals only last 21days I never told the guy in the shop I need a tourist deal. I said to him I need a SIM card with 100gb a month and he confirmed it he said 100gb will last you the whole month

Excellent Customer service, I had an issue with my home internet and the problem was solved only with one call.

Via internet Tourist Pack gekocht. Bij het ophalen ging er vanalles mis en moest ik een nieuw pakket kopen. Geld van internetaankoop zou teruggestort worden. Niet dus. Ze reageren ook niet op mailtjes.
Waardeloze organisatie daar.

Ho messo una stella perché il sistema no mi dà la possibilità di mettere -100 . Devo sorgonare in Albania solo 3 giorni. Ho comprato il pacchetto minimo di 8€ con 1,5 giga di internet . É il secondo giorno di rimanenza , mezzogiorno. Arriva una SMS che mi notifica che ho consumato i 1,5 giga , e pure con un uso minimo minimo. Non riesco a consumare per un mese in Italia 2 giga con il mio uso . Ladriiiiiii. Vergoooonia

Habe meine albanische Vodafonkarte wieder aufgeladen für 20€, da behauptet wurde sie gilt auch für andere Balkanländer wie Nordmazedonien und Montenegro. Was sie aber nicht gemacht haben, ist sie gleich freizuschalten. Vodafon schickt einem dann eine Info mit Telefonnummer, da wird aber nur albanisch gesprochen, man wird auch nicht an einen Berater verbunden der vielleicht Englisch kann. Diese Ausgabe war also größtenteils für die Katz. Nordmazedonien also ohne Internet bereist. Als wir wieder in Albanien waren, sind wir wieder in einen Vodafon Laden in Korca, die behaupteten einfach, die Karte gelte nur für Albanien und Kosovo. Seltsamerweise bekam ich 2 Tage später eine Information aufs Handy, dass ich mich für Montenegro freischalten kann, mit dem Hinweis Vodafon anzurufen, zusammen würde man dass schon schaffen. Dazu muss man aber albanisch können. Nur gut wenn man Albanien nicht verlässt.

Sherbimin e klientit e kan te mire. Dhe shum sherbime tjera por jan shum shum të shtrejt si kompani. Në Evrop jan ofertat me nga 150gb dhe 5.90 € ne muj. Kurse ktu me 8 gb e merr me 1600 lek.
