Terrible experience with VJ Sneakers. I placed an order, waited a full week, and even confirmed my shoe size with them. Only after all of that did they tell me the shoes were out of stock. Their solution? Offer me a different colorway but expect me to pay MORE for it.

Seriously? You take my money, confirm my order, can't fulfill it, and then expect me to spend even more? To make matters worse, I still haven't received my refund.

For a company selling premium-priced footwear, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, no accountability, and absolutely no effort to make things right.

I cannot recommend VJ Sneakers based on this experience. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Terrible company to deal with. advise to go up in size after purchase then sent an invoice to pay more. then requested to cancel the order and they want to charge a fee. buyer beware and would not recomend.

Si tienes que cambiar unas zapatillas las tienes que enviar a EEUU y actualmente con unos aranceles muy altos, así que hay que pagar el envío a EEUU, los aranceles y la devolución a vjsneaker. Total, el mismo precio que otras zapatillas. Tienes que acertar con el número de las zapatillas que aunque digan que tallan igual siempre son más pequeñas. MEJOR NO ARRIESGAR, ENTRE EL TIEMPO QUE TARDARON, ESPERARON A QUE LLEGARAN LAS ZAPATILLAS A EEUU PARA ENVIARME LAS ZAPATILLAS CORRECTAS Y EL DINERO QUE ME HA COSTADO, NO HA SIDO BUENA EXPERIENCIA.

Very bad experience and customer service. Ordered a pair of 361 Mega Pro from the website.
Apparently due to Chinese public holidays took more than a week to ship and then as i tracked it tracking said the waybill was closed and returned to supplier.
I followed up with VJSNEAKER and they keep telling me they waiting on feedback from the courier....this is quite concerning if you cant even get an answer from your courier partners. No refund, so i guess i will have to write off the money and just tell people that its all empty promises and they cant fulfill orders to South Africa.

Great shoe for a good price. This one wasn't easy to find in my size. Shipping didn't take too long.

Everything went well. I ordered a pair of 361 Mega 3 Pro to Germany. Delivery took a little bit more than a week. But that's the same time it takes when I order via AliExpress from China; and it was also communicated in advance. Order tracking worked well too. The shoes are perfectly fine, just as expected. They even contacted me to double check the correct sizing. I would order here again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying sneakers in my life. First I paid $30 for expedited shipping which says 3-7 days on their website. This was after I emailed them explaining I needed them by a certain date because I was leaving the country. My sneakers arrived 24 days later. 10 days after I had already left. They were ordered on July 15th and did not arrive until the second week of August.

If that wasn’t bad I ordered a size 11 which a rep then emailed me and told me to change to 12 due to sizing. I sent them measurements of my foot using a tape measure and pictures because I simply did not believe I would be a 12. After lots of back and forth they sent a 12 instead of 11. Of course when the shoe arrived they were a full size too big which is why I ordered an 11 to begin with.

When I tried to exchange they charged me another $50 to “restock” after I complained they brought it down to $35 but told me they could ship out the replacements right away so I paid this too. More lies they then emailed me after I paid and said they would not be sending the correct size until the others arrived back in China.

2 months later and out $300 I still do not have my shoes. Buyer beware do not buy from these middle men. They are con artists and not a reputable company. The shoes come from China not Indiana.

Great company to do business with, excellent service

The whole purchasing process was very smooth, and the customer service was exceptional. A rep followed up about the fit/sizing, and was able to accurately give me a sense of how the shoes fit compared to Nikes I'd purchased in the past, especially since this was my first time purchasing Anta shoes. Shipping time was also very efficient.

Ordered li ning shadow3, item arrived in time, authentic and well packaged, they even emailed me before shipping just to confirm my size and sent me a chart of the li ning shoe sizes which is different than the standard adidas and nike.
5 star service, highly recommend 👍🏻.

Love them got 3 pairs from this site. They're legit and supportive super comfy and keeps me moving. Highly recommend!
