I absolutely love my cute deer set! This company have such a great vibe about them - not only are they a small business with great credentials, they're also just so fun, vibrant and joyful. The site is great and I love seeing the sets on a variety of size models. The sizing is super-inclusive too. I am really excited to wear my set - although it's 'activewear', I plan on rocking it for an upcoming day rave! It's got this amazing boho, woodland feel and I love that I've found an animal print that feels a bit whimsical and ethereal - very me! Thankyou Vixn!! Keep doing what you do!!!

My outfit smelt so strongly of chemicals right out the bag and even after multiple washes. I've never had clothing smell that way. It's cheap material. The fits were mixed. But it's definitely ridiculously over priced for what it is.

EDIT: the company reached out to me (incredibly lovley customer service) and offered a replacement for my shorts, i couldn't be happier with the product recieved, the fit is much comfier and the legs dont roll up, which is fantastic, incredibly impressed

I was really excited to try vixn fitness, and i was hoping for the price point of the shorts i was going to be impressed, unfortunately this wasnt the case.

The material is really thin and goes sheer when pulled over the body (i ordered the stab eddie shorts) despite being a UK10, i take a 10 everywhere else and it fits fine, but not from here, so size up.

With the quality being so thin theres a lack of support anywhere and i dont feel snatched or confident wearing these as they show everything.

They also dont stay down, as a dedicated pole short, id have thought they wouldn't ride up, but wrong, they roll right up into places they shouldn't be.

So overall disappointment by my product, the pattern is really nice i will give credit for that.

I like the items Ive purchased. But when ive returned and exchanged things lately I messaged about getting over charged, or them delaying checking the parcel so didnt refund back on original method.
I emailed and they fixed the errors. But no reply email, no sorry for the error or acknowledge. This kind of service disappoints me as I have made quite a few orders in the past and have liked the products Ive received.

I buy so much from Vixn, they’re easily the only sportswear brand I trust as a bigger girl. Customer service is always fantastic, the products are always amazing, the delivery is always fast… just all round 10s!

Love the Pole wear from VIXN❣️ Top or Bottom they stay put. Floor work to inverts I never have to worry what my shorts, or top is going to do. The fabric is soft and doesn’t chafe or pinch.
My favorite item is the Billy Boy Short. I just Love the cut, and coverage😎

I received my leggings I had ordered quickly, but decided to exchange them as they didn’t suit me. The exchange was approved and I posted the original pair back the next day first class. This was almost three weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything from them, even after emailing and filling out a contact form on the website, so stuck without the original pair, the exchanged pair, or a refund! First time ordering with them and the positive reviews are what swayed me, so very disappointed I seem to be in the few with a bad experience!

I ordered the wrong size, that was on me and setting up an exchange was easy. Sent the items back and then heard absolutely nothing and no update about when I'd get the replacement. Measured myself according to their guide and went slightly smaller but the top was still big.
The shorts fit fine when standing but when wearing them in the gym they roll down on the stomach and roll up at the legs. What's annoying is the shorts are black and the underside is white so it looks even worse when they roll up. Was really excited to get their stuff but I honestly couldn't recommend for the sets I got. Very disappointed

Was very impressed by Vixn reaching out. They offered and sent me the new version of the shorts, for free which was very kind. They had resigned the shorts after recieving customer feedback and the white underneath and shape had changed and it's great to see a company that listens to people. The material is better and the shape more flattering also. That being said the only downside now is that they still roll down on the stomach. Updated my review as I'm very impressed with the customer service.

Placed an order on 15th may and contacted the store a few times as I have not received my order or any update. Luckily I have paid through Klarna so I have reported to them. Really disappointing because the clothes look really nice but no update on an £85 order. Avoid.

Fantastic company! Ordered a whole set, and as some one that isn't body confident it made me feel amazing. With the recent hot weather I decided to wear my top from vixn with a pair of shorts, felt great all day and it was very good quality.

I was also super impressed with the coverage and hold of the tops whilst working out. I was a bit skeptical before it arrived. I have had issues with so many sports brands where they just do not compress enough, and you are constantly checking you aren't falling out in the middle of pilates. I was very pleased to find that this time I could confidently move around without worry.

The cherry on top for me was the customer service. I sent one item back as I needed a different size, but I had forgot to put paper work in the package. This meant when it arrived they didn't realize it was mine and couldn't process it. When I reached out to see if they had received my item they were super speedy. Vixn couldn't do enough to resolve the issue and find the rogue package. I just went back into my emails to find the name of the person I dealt with, and it was Rebecca Powell (the owner). Kudos to her for her warm manner. A business that truly cares about customer experience and delivers good products is truly rare - if you are thinking about buying don't hesitate.

I ordered the dragon set, both tops and the pole shorts. They fit perfectly, and the design is lovely. Great quality. The material feels so soft. There was also a cute little handwritten thank you note.

My items came soo quickly they are amazing quality also not see thru at all, they're absolutely beautiful and you can feel the quality!! They came with an absolutely adorable little thank you card that had my name and personal thank in biro on it too which really adds an extra little something I will absolutely be ordering more bits I am absolutely chuffed to pieces!! Thank you!!

I ordered on April 5th ny order was marked as shipped. I messaged over a week later as no movement. Days after that got told one item was out of stock and would I like a different one. I agreed and now over a week after that no email from the company or movement on my order. The customer service is abysmal

Disappointed. I love Vixn products the quality is great but I had to return something and I didn't receive a full refund for my order. I also have emailed but have yet to receive a response from the company.

They are not refunding standard shipping fees which is against UK law.

UK government website states:
"You must also refund the cost of standard delivery if the customer paid for it"

I really hope that they will change this in the future because I am a loyal customer and this has put me off buying from them in the future.

Fixed the issue and gave me the refund for my shipping costs.

Got a pair of trousers. Love the print. Quite thick. Only issue I have is they take nearly 2 days to Iine dry! Lovely trousers though. Xxx

The products are incredible! I had an issue where I received the wrong size and the customer support was amazing and fixed the error.

Edit: I reached out to Rebecca after she commented on my original review and she was so kind and helpful. She informed me that they have updated their design and offered to let me try the new V booty design. They are awesome! I sized up (recommend if your between sizes!) and they are comfortable, no more weggie feeling, but still great booty lift and shape. The v design on the hip is super flattering the fabric is lightweight but not see-through (yay!). Overall experience was 10/10 and I would recommend their V Booty design for sure!

The good: super cute patterns! If you like spandexy material, these are real spandexy and stretchy.

The bad: threads keep coming loose and the material seems to be deteriorating? Every single time I wear my celestial shorts I find new threads unraveling and now the material has this ashy look to it in places. The pattern is only on one side and the shorts roll quite often, exposing the white side and looks funky. Sizing is SMALL. I’m usually a medium and the L short is def tight; the scrunch feels like a wedgie. The celestial bralette straps roll and don’t stay put. I own a lot of athletic wear from a variety of companies and these don’t compare in comfort or functionality. I’m so sad cause I was soooo excited for the Celestial set and every time I wear it Im disappointed :(
