Quiero dejar constancia de una experiencia terrible con esta empresa.

El servicio al cliente fue frío, cortante y completamente inútil. Me dejaron esperando durante casi dos horas sin una solución real, sin seguimiento claro y sin mostrar el mínimo respeto por mi tiempo como cliente.

Lo más frustrante es que sus managers y sus políticas parecen diseñados para evadir responsabilidad en lugar de resolver problemas. La experiencia fue desgastante, desagradable y totalmente decepcionante.

En mi opinión, esta empresa tiene uno de los peores servicios al cliente que he recibido. No la recomiendo. Hay mejores opciones que sí respetan a sus clientes.

I want to leave this review to document a terrible customer service experience with this company.

The support I received was cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I was left waiting for almost two hours with no real solution, no clear follow-up, and no basic respect for my time as a customer.

What makes it worse is that their managers and policies seem designed to avoid responsibility instead of actually solving problems. The whole experience was exhausting, unpleasant, and deeply disappointing.

In my opinion, this company has one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend them. There are better options that actually respect their customers.

MUNDIAL EN BAJA DEFINICION

Que le pasa a vix mundialista activa 5 canales del mundial y solo pasan los partidos en vivo usando 1 o 2 canales y los demás pura promoción de su plataforma. Dónde está el análisis, o las repeticiones sino lo pudimos ver en vivo. Para que se paga el paquete mundialista sino trae nada exclusivo o afin a los intereses del cliente !!!

Un desastre. Compré paquete del mundial y los partidos se traban cada 5 segundos. Imposible de ver.

Constantly getting dropped from shows. At times, it kicks you all the way to main menu, others completely off the site. The shows are laggy 90 percent of the time. Horrible streaming service. Also, very hard to cancel subscription.

Pague por la premium subscription y no puedo ver ni un partido repetido, y tampoco le puedes recorder a por que solo se que loading, no lo recomiendo para nada

Yo creo que no vale la pena pagar la suscripción de Vix, ya que llevo con ellos como dos años y son las mismas novelas brasileñas de hace muchos atras y si estas viendo alguna novela que esten dando al aire en Univision ellos deberian tener el cap disponible al otro dia y la mayoría de las veces no es asi sobre todo con los cap de los viernes a veces hasta el martes no esta disponible.No digo que sea mala del todo pero podrian actualizar con mas novelas nuevas, para que pagar para seguir viendo lo mismo cuando tiejen la opcion gratis. Tambien dicen que si pagas no tienes anuncios y si tienen aunque sea uno te ponen.

I wanted to see what this streaming service had to offer before considering a subscription and I'm glad I watched one episode of the show I had been looking for before signing up. While they had an extensive library, the interface was terrible! The quality of playback was blurry and muted, and the pan cut heads off and no amount of tweaking my TV settings fixed this. Add the endless amount of TV ads and it took forever to get through a 45 minute episode. No, thanks.

Deberian de inventar un app donde se pueda poner menos 5 estrellas por que es lo que esta empresa VIX se merece.
Son descaradamente unos ladrones y estafadores. Tienen el servicio de Premium sin anuncios y Premium con anuncios con diferentes precios.
Pague por el servicio de Premium Sin anuncios y tiene anuncios!!!
No puedes hablar con nadie para arreglar las cosas solo por chat. Y no te resuelven nada.
Por favor no caigan en la trampa.

Very bad app. Can’t watch a full soccer game. It’s constantly crashing or goes blurry

Unfortunately, this platform app is trash, worthless, and racist against black people. I wasted time in this app trying to find black people's movies and shows. Nothing for the blacks all white people.

Pero la buena noticia es que los Otros Juegos y Equipos si se pueden Ver... Claro! No Hay Comparación! Y No Hay Devolución!

I bought the VIX Premium Plan (No Ads) I pay all year round, I regret it, they lie if it is always giving ads at all times, and the Application on TV has many errors, it disconnects the system a lot, they do not have a service department. VIX doesn´t allow users to unsubscribe. VIX is like what the musical group "The Eagles" say in their song "Hotel California": You are always welcome to sign in, but you will never be able to leave. As unsubscribe is not an option for VIX, I had to call my bank for them to put a stop on the recurrent charge, in order for VIX to not to be able to make charges to my bank account anymore. It´s amazing how voracious and cynical this company is.

I canceled my services and they’re still charging me money. They won’t refund my money and they laugh about it but I noticed I haven’t been the only one person they have done it to. Do you know that this company belongs to Univision such a big company committing fraud They cannot be trusted they’re not a reputable company

Estoy pagando Plan premium y me salen anuncio todavía en específico el de los inmigrantes en USA cuando la mayoría de los que vemos esta app aquí somos inmigrantes 😒en cuanto se acabe la novela que estoy viendo la dejo de pagar

Programming is great for spanish speaking people, but they are crooks when it comes to billing, charging credit cards in file without authorization and in my case, issuing a new membership without my concent, just because I used a different email to sign in by mistake.
They will not reimbursed for this mistake.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Univision should look into this platform they are affiliated with.

This “company” tried to steal $8.99 a month from my credit card account when I never even heard of them! I don’t know how to speak Spanish, so I’m sick of reading others’ comments that we all accidentally subscribed to them. They have done stolen from so many people! Pffft my bank customer service told me there is no Internet address or company from where the theft came from. I thought it might be through Apple or Amazon but there was nothing. Probably hackers.
