Excellent experience

Great product, great customer support from Jason, good communication, fast efficient service and delivery.

Online purchase and replacement of incorrect shoe size was very easy.

The show size chart seems to a mile off. Even after swapping out for a smaller size, the shoes I have are a size too big. Can wear them for work but not running.

Excellent service. The only issue is that there is always a shortage of a UK size 7. The most common size amongst men is that size. I think more should be ordered with the mos popular sizes

The best shoes you can buy.

Good, honest advice offered on the Whatsapp line when asking specific questions about the shoe model I was interested. There was no forceful attempt at convincing to buy something just to make a sale.

Service was amazingly fast. Arrived faster than expected. Shoes look great. Bought for my grandson will feedback once he has tried them.

Growing up I had no idea what my footwear was doing to my feet, especially my toes. Now that I am older and somewhat wiser, I realize the importance of the barefoot feel and wide toe box. I have two pairs of Vivobarefoot shoes and I feel the difference in my walk and in my lifts. And they also look really cool. I plan on getting a casual pair next.

Excellent service, and great shoes

I recently purchased the Hydra ESC Obsidian shoes.

I have an old ankle injury and when I run, my knee hurts. The other day when I was doing obstacle course training in my Vivobarefoot shoes, I later realised that my knee wasn't painful.

It did take some time to get use the different way of walking/running but I am so happy with the outcome!

They dry very quickly when they get wet and the tread grips well on the trails.

You need a new courier. Delivery was a disaster. Multiple phone calls and follow ups to get the delivery right. Delivery took 4x longer than stated.

I didn't expect the shoes to be like a sick. There's no tongue so it's a bit tight around bigger ankles

1 Star for delivery issues. Delivery service a shambles why use Royal Mail when they don’t guarantee express delivery. Spoken to Royal Mail and they don’t care, still waiting for an answer from vivobarefoot. Lost parcel can’t comment on shoes.
