Ich habe insgesamt drei Bestellungen beim Vivo Official Store aufgegeben und den Widerruf fristgerecht innerhalb der gesetzlichen Frist per E-Mail erklärt.
Trotzdem zieht sich die Rückabwicklung seit Wochen ohne echte Lösung hin. Obwohl mir zwischenzeitlich schriftlich bestätigt wurde, dass mein Widerruf akzeptiert ist, habe ich bis heute kein Retourenlabel erhalten. Statt klarer Abwicklung gibt es widersprüchliche Aussagen und automatisierte Systemmeldungen.

Auch über den Zahlungsdienstleister Global-e sowie über Klarna konnte bisher keine Lösung erreicht werden. Die Situation wirkt insgesamt sehr unkoordiniert und für Kunden unnötig kompliziert.

In meinem Fall habe ich inzwischen den Verbraucherschutz eingeschaltet, da auch andere Kunden ähnliche Probleme mit fehlenden Rückerstattungen und Retourenlabels melden. Zusätzlich ziehe ich mittlerweile auch rechtliche Schritte bzw. einen Anwalt über meine Rechtsschutzversicherung in Betracht, da anders keine Lösung absehbar ist.
Auch PayPal hat meinen Fall abgelehnt mit dem Hinweis, dass kein Käuferschutz in diesem Fall greift und ich mich direkt an den Verbraucherschutz bzw. rechtliche Stellen wenden soll.

Positiv ist lediglich, dass der Support grundsätzlich reagiert, jedoch führt dies bisher zu keiner tatsächlichen Klärung oder Rückabwicklung.

Ich hoffe, dass Vivo die Prozesse dringend verbessert und Kunden ihre gesetzlichen Rechte künftig ohne solche Schwierigkeiten durchsetzen können.

Vivo makes very good cameras in their vivo ultra phones but I recently ordered their new vivo watch 3 and it has only a camera trigger without a viewfinder, which is ridiculous!!!! If they are able to make such a good phone cameras, is it a problem to make a good watch that would work as a finder for camera images and video???????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their watch doesn't even have a reminder and costs £150. That is ridiculous. It shouldn't cost more than £50!!! Huawei watches are much better and cost much less. I am going to sell Vivo phones and get Xiaomi 17 ultra because their new watch includes finder. By Vivo.

Ich hatte einen Pullover bestellt in der Farbe beige aber es kam weiß das hätte ich ja noch akzeptiert nur die Größe war nicht in Ordnung der fällt für die Größe L viel zu klein aus, es war ja nicht mal eine Größen Angabe noch eine Pflege Anweisung also kein einziges Etikett im Pullover .
Also wollte ich ihn zurück schicken nur das ganze sollte mich dann 50 Euro kosten weil sie mir kein Rücksende Etikett zu Verfügung stellen.
Ich hatte hätte ja noch 10 Euro akzeptiert aber 50 Euro für 450g Kleidung ist wohl etwas übertrieben.
Also nicht zu empfehlen bei VIVO Hamburg zukaufen

I've been using the Vivo X300 Pro Chinese ROM model for a good few weeks now, and I have to say, I'm really chuffed with it. It's one of those phones that just feels a cut above from the moment you start using it.

First off, it feels lovely in the hand. It's surprisingly slim and light, but still feels really solid and well-made. You get all the usual bits in the box, including a case and a super fast charger. Just a heads up, the plug is for Chinese sockets, so you'll need an adapter.

Performance and speed - this is where it blows you away. It has a massive 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, which sounds like overkill until you use it. Nothing ever stutters or slows down. You can flip between loads of apps, have loads of browser tabs open, and play the most demanding games, all without it breaking a sweat. It's just effortlessly quick.

The camera system, which they made with Zeiss, is honestly brilliant. I still can't quite believe how they fit such good camera tech into a phone this thin.

* The main and wide angle lenses take really sharp, colourful photos in pretty much any light.
* The portrait mode is fantastic. It blurs the background in a really natural, pleasing way that makes people pop in the photo.
* The best bit is the periscope zoom lens. You can take proper close-up shots of things far away, and they stay really detailed. It's a game-changer.

The screen is a big, beautiful AMOLED that's super smooth to scroll on. Watching videos on it is a real treat. The speakers are great too, nice and loud for watching things without headphones.

Battery life has been absolutely spot on for me. I'm a fairly heavy user, and it gets me through a full day with no problems at all. And when it does run low, that super fast charger is a lifesaver. It goes from nearly dead to fully charged in about the time it takes to make a brew and drink it.

My model has the Chinese software, and I think a lot of people get the wrong idea about this. Let me clear a few things up from my experience.

It took me about few seconds to get the Google Play Store. Once that was done, I've had zero problems. All my normal apps work perfectly, including YouTube, Waze, Google maps, Google Docs, my bank app, WhatsApp, and everything else. And crucially, all my notifications come through instantly and reliably. I haven't missed a single message or alert.

If you're after a proper top-end phone that does everything brilliantly, you should seriously consider this one. The performance is fantastic, the camera is genuinely professional-grade, and the battery life is rock solid. Once you get past the very simple initial setup for the software, you're left with what is easily one of the best phones you can buy right now. It's a brilliant piece of kit.

Kundenservice reagiert nicht oder sendet dieselben antworten und gibt die Fälle weiter ins leere, da laut denen der Kundenservice nicht genau in die Bestellung eingreifen kann, echt schlecht.

Non c'è nessun controllo su questo android. Non c'è antivirus che basti. localizzazione di foto confusa e comunque non controllabile. È imballaggio e memoria di telefoni precedenti. È la regressione della tecnologia

Vivo Vertrieb in Österreich ist der Untergang von Vivo in Europa. Es gibt einfach keinen Support und keinerlei Reaktion. Das kann VIVO auf Dauer nicht gefallen.

Peter und Kristina wie sie angeblich heißen, sind absolut überfordert in ihrer Arbeit und legen auch gern mal auf.

Recebo ligações absolutamente todos os dias da Vivo querendo me oferecer pacotes e estava simplesmente não atendendo, hoje resolvi atender e dizer que não estava interessada no plano que a moça estava me oferecendo e ela desligou na minha cara!!! Super anti profissional, péssimo atendimento, só não dou uma estrela negativa pq não é possível!

Alles dauert ewig beim Kundendienst. Ewige Warteschleifen. Ich bin völlig frustriert. Anforderung der Rechnung, Rückgabe und nun warte ich auf die Erstattung.

Vivo X300 Pro bei Vivo Europa (Versand aus Österreich, die auch in Deutschland werben) erworben. Rasche Lieferung, stolzer Preis, schlechterer Akku und viel teurer als ein China Import. Gerät ist technisch sonst überzeugend, u. a. sehr gute Kamera.

Bewertet wird hier ausdrücklich nur der Kundenservice:
Eine technische Rückfrage und mehrere Bitten um eine geschäftsübliche Rechnung als PDF sind auch nach Wochen unbeantwortet.
Chat kontaktiert. Lange Wartezeit. Mitarbeiter entschuldigt sich, sagt immerhin gewünschte Rechnung zu. Aber es passiert danach wieder nichts!
Tage später Hotline angerufen. Warteschleife. Nach 15 Minuten entnervt aufgelegt.
Das weckt absolut kein Vertrauen in einen Direktkauf bei Vivo Österreich.

Update vom 14.01.2026: Zu meinem Erstaunen hat der Vivo Kundenservice nun doch noch ohne weitere Nachfrage durch mich mein Anliegen erledigt. Deshalb stufe ich die Bewertung hoch. Wegen der langen Bearbeitungszeit gibt es allerdings einen Punktabzug.

Vorsicht Leute!!!! Kauft nie ein Handy bei Vivo. Ich hab für das ganze Set 1555€ ( x300 pro) ausgegeben, zurückgeschickt wegen der Größe und bekomme zurückerstattet 42,77!!!!!
Betrug! Vivo Austria bekommt eine Anzeige! Der Kundenservice ist zu nichts zugebrauchen!

I had a terrible experience with the Vivo Service Center:

I honestly don’t understand how they have such a high rating. It took me more than four months just to get the back panel of my Vivo X100 pro phone replaced. After all that waiting, they finally called me and asked me to come the next day — only to give me an overpriced quote and refuse proper warranty support. I literally had to fight for my warranty rights. The whole process was exhausting and felt like they were just mocking customers instead of helping.
I use to be a vivo costumer for 10 years, after this experience I'll double think to buy a vivo or not.
