Fraudulent company!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Not only do the start charging a monthly membership after sending a cheap product, they steal your credit card information and reactivate the membership months laster. I have cancelled my so called membership they signed me up for (costing me $150) only to have the charge start reappearing on my credit card months later. Even after getting a new credit card number and having my bank refund me the fraudulent charge, months will go by and suddenly, I start getting charged the Vivielle fee again.

This is a scam. I ordered an item and never received it. Will not give me a refund. Sent another wrong item and wants me to pay to return it.

I purchased a dress for my rehearsal dinner before the day of my wedding, and the wrong dress came in a totally different style, and then for the next six months after my wedding, I had been getting charged a monthly membership fee that I did not know about because apparently it’s in the fine print with a small checkbox when you make your purchase. I just found out this March and I paid for the dress last October – I called and spoke with ann. She was very kind and helpful, at first they said that they could only refund half of my membership fees that I had been getting, but I made a dispute , because really did not seem ethical or kind, and was pretty sneaky. I think that the Better Business Bureau should be contacted. If this continues I really would like a full refund. She worked on the other line to try to figure something else out for me, and got me a full refund for the past six months! I’m really grateful that she put in the effort to do that – but they were not Going to refund initially, hopefully they will change this so others don’t have this experience and their customer service reps don’t have to correct it all the time- I’m glad i called. Scam alert!!! If you purchase from them they automatically place you on a monthly subscription and they charge you monthly $30.00. Then when you inquire about it they say that the fine print indicates that you will be charged a subscription fee. They are taking advantage of customers who are only making a one time purchase. They refuse to refund. They are basically taking advantage of anyone who makes a purchase through their website n that’s where they make their money. Scammed. They essentially stole about $150.00 from me.

This entire company is a scam. I ordered 2 dresses from them in August of 2024. They sent me multiple emails saying that my shipment was on it’s way, but never arrived and the tracking link didn’t work. When I reached out to customer support, they said they were waiting for a shipment and would be sent out in 2 days. TWO months go by and I still don’t have my order. I reached out again and had the same generic response. It got to January 2025 with no dresses and I requested a refund.

All while this was happening, the “business” was stealing $30 a month from me. When I reached out about that and requested a refund, they told me this:
After reviewing your account, I can confirm that you did indeed place an order with Vivielle Boutique as a VIP member. As per the details of the offer, when purchasing, you acknowledged that you had read and agreed to our website's Terms of Service and billing terms. This included the VIP membership terms, where first-time buyers are charged $29.99 per month for the membership, with the option to cancel anytime.

The disclaimer on the order page clearly outlined that if you wanted to avoid enrollment in the membership, you could select the Guest option by clicking the "Guest Add to Cart" button. However, as the VIP membership option was selected, this is the plan that was activated.

I didn’t agree to a monthly VIP membership at checkout, there is nothing on my receipt to confirm that I did. Additionally, they never delivered the two things that I ordered on the first place. I wrote back asking for my money back and sending screenshots of my receipts.

They replied with:

Firstly, your VIP membership has been successfully canceled, and no further charges will occur.

Regarding your request for a refund, our policy is structured to offer members exclusive benefits, including special discounts on their first purchase. Since these benefits have already been applied to your original order, our policy states that while memberships can be canceled anytime, we do not refund the VIP fee once benefits have been accessed. This ensures all customers receive fair and consistent treatment.

Again, I NEVER got my order. This was the only order I ever placed with them and it was never delivered, so I didn’t receive any discounts or even the things that I paid for. This isn’t “fair and consistent treatment.” It’s theft.

Horrible!! Cheap material. Then months later a fake scam for a fake “membership” appeared that I never signed up for. Stay away

I ordered a dress from an instagram ad and realized months later that they had been charging a monthly fee or 29.99. There is no record of this membership in my email. My bank reached out to me in January 2025 and asked if I had made the purchase and I said no, so the card was cancelled and the fraud department is reimbursing the money. Very much a scam as there's no record of this alleged membership or ability to cancel it. Don't do business with this company.

They get you to enroll into the monthly subscription and then do not let you cancel it. The website is a lie- they do not give you your money back and the quality of clothing is shit.

I was subscribed monthly subscription without my knowledge. They offer a “lower price” with a paid subscription. But the same dress is available at other retailers for less without the subscription. Apparently it’s in the fine print. Be careful.

Vivielle Boutique is definitely a scam. I bought a $17.99 dress and they trick you into signing up as a VIP. Then they charge you $29.99 a month for nothing. Do not buy from them. The stuff is cheap too. When I called them to let them know what happened, they acted like it was a surprise when I’m sure they are dealing with hundreds of disappointed customers. They would not even credit a month or so for customer satisfaction. DO NOT BUY.

If I could say -0 stars I would! They prey on young girls to buy dresses and then they enroll them into an automatic withdrawal program taking $29.99 a month. They hope that you don’t cancel or see the monthly charges!!!! Don’t buy a thing from them!!!!

This company is a scam with no receipt stating they will charge you 29.99 per month after you make an order through them. I called them, they stated they would issue a refund to my account, as I was charged 3 times for this. They started to issue the refunds, then cancelled the refunds after they showed up as pending on my account making them not go through. They cancelled one charge that was pending, but have not resolved the refunds that I was told would be issued. They will steal your money and hope you do nothing when they decline a refund, I had to argue with them, then they agreed to the refund and initiated it, but later went and cancelled the refunds.

This site is a scam. As all of the other 1-star reviews have stated, they automatically sign you up for a $29.99 monthly VIP access and refuse to refund the money. I also filed a BBB complaint, it's the only way to hold them more accountable for taking advantage of people in this way, A COMPLETE SCAM. And their clothes are garbage..

The quality is terrible and they sign you up for a $29.99 membership fee. I am disputing now, but you can't get a hold of anyone there. DO NOT BUY!!!

Don't be scammed by this boutique. After a purchase, they enroll you in a VIP program and start charging you 29.99 a month unless you cancel (without even buying anything).

I purchased a dress through Vivielle, and a month later, it still hasn't been shipped out for delivery. Moreover, I thought I was getting the dress at a good price, little did I know that there was a hidden sign-up for the VIP membership program. My order had no information indicating that I was signing up for this program, but a little more than a full business week from purchase, I was charged an additional $29.99 for VIP membership I didn't ask for. I didn't even use the benefits, but when I found out about it, I couldn't even get a refund from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Dress arrived and was no longer wanted. I prompted the customer service team to issue me a refund, which took about 3 weeks to actually get instructions on.
They are now with-holding my refund and sending me the same email over and over.

They are a scam!!! Do not buy! First it took them forever to deliver my order. I contacted customer service and they said don't worry we'll make sure it delivers before your bd party but it was not! and then the dress was delivered and it was a total garbage!!!!!!!! I mean I can't even believe it! Do they think that people are fools and don't notice how much different two things are? They pictures online showed a completely different dress! They just desperately tried to make it look similar to the pictures! I mean it looked like a child tried to sew it based on the pic! It was even a different color!!!!! and then I called customer service and they hung up on me!!!! and then I called again and again and again until they responded and said you cant return without fees and after I accepted and said ok I pay the return fees to get rid of this garbage they said they'll send an email but they did not!!!!!!!!!!! I mean I cannot believe that it happened in the US and they're still doing business in US!
