Product came as ordered but has no install instructions. No links or information or documentation. This product is correct for my vehicle and year.

I ordered a lip for my 2024 F-250. Fast delivery and perfect fit.

The product I wanted was a previous generation motorcycle exhaust system. All of the pictures showed that exhaust and not the newer generation, which I did not want, even though they have the same part number. I ordered although I was hesitant that I would get the newer generation exhaust. When it arrived I was ecstatic that I got the exhaust I wanted. The price was good and the shipping fast. I would definitely buy from them again.

Received in in good order to PH approx 2 weeks after ordering and clearing customs, then local delivery in Leyte.

Bought a new hood for my 2005 mustang, the product was as described and looks better than anticipated. Delivery was slow but being from Canada it was expected. Did not expect the price for tariffs if you can buy Canadian do it. Great customer service, friendly and polite

Ordered a set of Recaro seats on sale and was contacted over a week later and told that they can’t get those seats from Recaro anymore. Wasted my time and tied up my money for nothing. If you don’t offer a product, remove it from your website.

The parts I got were great but there should have been some type of warning it would take almost two months to get them!!

I'm kind of shocked reading the experiences many have had with Vivid. My experience was exceptionally good. I had them track down a new OEM window motor and regulator for my 1986 Mercedes 560 SEL. I literally looked everywhere for those, and these were the only guys who had them. They verified that they could put hands on them before I submitted my order. I had to have them fairly quickly before I took the car to the Pittsburgh Grand Prix show - and obviously needed to be able to raise/lower the driver's window. My order was placed on July 2nd, sent FedEx Saver the same day, and arrived Monday July 7th. Parts were correct and fit/work great. Saved the show for me. Hopefully this was a sign that they've corrected their past difficulties. I couldn't be happier with them than I already am. YMMV.
