Unworthy of anyone's custom

We paid for some furniture for our lounge in October had a delivery date of 12th November which was great but then on the 10th we noticed on our order that it had been cancelled so we chased for a refund of over £500 we were told its being sorted and please be patient its now 1st December and we've been informed vivence went into administration on the 28th November now we have to wait even longer this company knew what they were doing and hung on as long as possible to our money how can this happen this day and age in the uk 😡😡

i have sent over 8 emails and get sporadic replys - sorry for delay in refund - sorry our refund service has had problems now they are not even replying, Even threatens them with financial ombudsmen nothing

No Delivery, refund only through bank!

Ordered a desk with quite a long lead time, was informed a few weeks later the item had shipped and a delivery partner would be in touch to organise delivery. When I had heard nothing after a couple of weeks I logged into my vivense account which showed my order has been cancelled with no contact at all. When I email asked what was happening I was just told it was cancelled. I had to reply asking for a refund, and was told this would be passed on to the relevant team. No refund was ever received from them despite weeks of chasing it up. I logged this as a dispute with my bank and they have refunded now, so I would recommend contacting your bank if struggling with a refund. UPDATE they have replied on here saying they’ve sent me an email, but I have received no contact from them.

Avoid - terrible company

I placed an order at the end of October 2023 and have had no confirmation of shipping of the mirror that cost £189. They do not answer the phone and have taken my money and I haven't received my order. Extremely disappointed and angry. Have filed a complaint to get my money back via PayPal, but Vivense have not responded at all and I'm out of pocket.

They cancelled order after 2 months and don't refund you

Ordered something from. Was told 2 months for delivery (which is fine), but then week delivery was due they cancelled the order. No message received about it, it was only when I queried with support I was told it had been cancelled by them. No explanation or offer of a replacement. Still waiting a month for a refund.

Do not use this company.

Ordered a tv unit in September and it has yet to arrive. No updates since end of October. No contact email, comments disabled on Instagram, no way for me to follow up on this. Can only conclude this is a scam company who have stolen my money. Order number 1889AE750L in case customer service miraculously exist and are reading these reviews

100% avoid

I wouldn't give this company a 1* but had to. Ordered two kids toy storage in July, received the first one which was ok but the second one was the wrong one. Ended up getting rid of it because I was told to. Waited another 8weeks and they sent me the plastic containers but not the actual wooden storage unit. That was in October. It's the start of December and I still haven't received it. The customer service is non existent. Emailed them 5 times to ask for a refund but get a generic reply. I am now going to complain to the ombudsman because they have taken my money but not supplied the goods.
100% AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I placed and paid for an order early…

I placed and paid for an order early September. The item arrived late October and it was not made by the material detailed in the description. I returned the item and it was collected a few days later. It is now been over a month since it was collected and I have not received my refund. I have sent numerous emails and I haven’t received any reply. Totally unacceptable! AVOID!

Awful company do not order from them

I have emailed this company 8 times to ask for a full refund as they cancelled my order over 2 months ago and I have received absolutely nothing. Do not deal with this company.

Still waiting on a refund

I waited over 2 months for my 2 furniture items when I hadnt received a delivery confirmation few days before I checked and they had cancelled my items also , they knew they were unable to deliver them so why not inform and refund me , I have chased and chased for 2 weeks now for my refund and I just get a reply ir is being processed but I am still almost £400 out of pocket no furniture in my living room for christmas and relying on the refund to buy other furniture. I would never use this company again.

Holding my refund for a cancelled order

My order was delayed so I requested for it to be cancelled as I had waited 4 months for a pre-made wardrobe at this point and couldn't wait any longer... they had no time frame on how long the delay would be. They said I would receive a refund within 30 days, no refund has been made, they're with holding the money and when I email customer support to ask for an update I am told 'You will be emailed when the refund is processed' I had already been emailed over 30 days ago that it will be in my account within 30 days....now they're ignoring my emails and providing NO UPDATE! - AVOID!

Avoid

Placed an order in July for a coffee table and after waiting 6 weeks, it arrived smashed. Very poorly packaged and no mention of it being fragile. We spoke to customer service who immediately said they would send replacement glass but it would take another 6 weeks to arrive. 10 weeks later, I’m still without my replacement glass. Customer services have since been ignoring all emails and requests for a refund with no other way to contact them other than email. Absolute scammers

I started my process back in may it took 12 weeks for the product to arrive, the wardrobe was the poorest quality I have ever seen, it looked nothing like the photo, they were quick to pick the item up but it as now been six weeks and I haven’t received my refund, and all I get from there terrible customer service is we will be in touch when the process has been dealt with, poorest customer service ever, they should be stopped from selling products online there an absolute joke of a company

I have been waiting since Aug to have a…

I have been waiting since Aug to have a coffee table set delivered. I have contacted this company and have been told between the 2 and 4 of Dec which is highly unlikely as the website is no longer selling them which make me think there is no stock. As of yet I have not received a tracking report nor has any of my future emails been answered. The only email I received was a generic one.
This company is also displaying a contact number on the website and instagram and when you phone the number it’s an automated service and tells you to contact the online form.

I am really frustrated and will not purchase from them again or personally recommend them. I and absolutely shocked they are still in business. Please do not buy from this company as a genuine review I’m sorry I ever done it. Now informed order now cancelled company has went bust and no wonder

Utter fraudsters, avoid at all costs!

Ordered a dining table on 17th Oct and got an estimated delivery date. I logged on 3 weeks later to see if I had an updated eta only to find the order had been cancelled by Vivense. They didn't even bother to contact me to inform me. They still took my money though. Customer service is horrendous. I ask specific questions about why it was cancelled and if and when I will get my money back and get fobbed off every time with cut and pasted useless answers. Don’t believe I’ll ever get my money back. Utter fraudsters. Avoid at all costs!

Have they gone out of business?
I ordered a sofa at the 25th of august when I was told delivery would be end - aug/beg Sep. Once I had paid I was then told it would be end oct/beg Nov. I then received an email saying it had been cancelled and refund would be made. Have chased and still no refund. This shops now have permanently closed and website states no more orders being taken!

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Ordered a Leo sofa in may to be delivered in July. It was delivered late September and faulty. They picked up the sofa and said they will send a new one in October. Then they cancelled that and they promised to refund it. NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND. I went to the store when I bought it and it is closed.

Order number: A2AB8F78AX. I think we should start a group to sue this company or create a Facebook group or something to group all the people affected by Vivense. They own me 1000 pounds.

I will start legal action if they dont refund me. Not giving the money back is stealing.

Purchased a wardrobe over 3 months ago

Purchased a wardrobe over 3 months ago, took 3 weeks for delivery and once arrived the whole wardrobe was faulty. No holes for the fett or the rail. The slides for the draws holes were completely out and in general not fit for use. I contacted the company by email and they apologised after showing them videos and was promised a refund within 35 days. They were very accommodating at first. It has now been 2 months since and still no refund and when contacting through emails they are palming me off. I would not recommend purchasing an item from this company, would avoid at all cost as i am now down hundreds pound and no wardrobe. Keep clear of this company!
