Contacted customer support and Payments security team and gave them all the requested details and the same message is appearing when i try to make a withdrawl despite them telling me everything has been fixed on their end. They are now ignoring my emails to the customer support team. So now i have money just sitting in my account and I cannot withdraw it and no means to contact customer support. They asked me for my ID via email then selfie holding my ID plus pictures of the conversation we were having. Beware of this company. If the withdrawal is successful i will update this post as the site was OK prior to all these issues.
