No Refund

Months of waiting… reached out, they responded to my email within an hour and told me they could swap my ramen because the type I ordered was “expired” and no longer produced. I just asked for a refund instead and have not heard anything since. After numerous emails they simply no longer respond after hearing the word refund.

Used to be legit, total scam now

A what point does a legit company become a scam? Vite Ramen used to make a great product that at times I consumed every day. It’s March 2026 and I’m still waiting on my ramen order from June 2025. If they bother responding to you they’ll lie and say it’s coming next month.

Hey Tim, if you’re reading this have some integrity and offer refunds. And stop taking orders for a product you can’t deliver. And stop insulting us with your constant marketing emails.

You'll be lucky to ever get your order. I placed an order in June 2025 and it's now February of 2026 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! Every time I reach out, they say "oh just be patient, it's shipping out by the end of this month". I guess shame on me for being fooled four different times now. There are other healthy ramen companies. Skip this one.

No refund but will still ask for your money

Ordered on the 1st of September for the offer Vite Ramen had on their nanoboost supplement drink powders, fast forward to December, nothing. I wrote to customer service about no longer feeling confident that I would receive my order and wanted a refund and was met with radio silence.

To make matters worse, the CEO Tim will constantly flood your email inbox with emails full of venting and trauma dumping about company issues that you didn't sign up for. The final straw for me was him sending an email about wanting to build a vite ramen kitchen. That was enough.

To not fulfill orders, to refuse refunds and not respond to emails but happily venting, trauma dumping and asking for money because you want a new kitchen is utterly disgusting. I'm an autistic person myself, I tried to extend my compassion but i've had enough. You can't take money with the promise of giving a product, not give the product and then ask for more money.

To not fulfill my order in almost 6 months, ignore my emails and to not give a refund in a time where it is needed. As an autistic person myself, I am disgusted to have given patience and compassion for things going on, only to be left with cold silence, that's not how this works.

Long time customer abandoning due to abysmal customer service

I have been a viteramen subscriber since 2019 - so 6 years - and despite their constant delays in shipping, I was a fan of the product. I introduced multiple other people to it.

But my experiences in the last few months have forced me to abandon the product and write this review

In Oct 2025 I opened a Pro+ Savory Vegan and it was inedible, I was pretty sure there was something wrong/spoiled in the flavoring pack. I emailed them immediately and only got a reply after 1.5 months. I replied back and haven't heard anything (it's been another 1.5 months).

I feel heartbroken. I love the product. I've had to rethink my daily cooking plans. In the past 30% of my meals were viteramen but now I've decided their customer service is bad enough that I have to switch to another product.

So disappointing

So disappointing. The ramen is good, but I placed an order five months ago and haven’t received it. The confirmation email originally said it would take 2-3 weeks. They didn’t reply to multiple inquiries about the order until over three months had passed, then wrote to say it would arrive in late November or early December. It is now early January and it has not come.

Good products, Long Delays

Good products, but almost everything is VERY delayed, sometimes up to a year after they said it would ship, and it's hard to get ahold of customer service. If their ship times were more accurate it would be better

Tasty product, slow shipping

Tasty product, LOOOONG ship times. I have done a dozen or so order with Vite Ramen going back to their original kickstarter. I enjoy all the flavors, the texture of the noodles is different than traditional ramen but to be expected given the nutrition level. They get some grace on ships times as it is a small business made to order product. That being said, the ship times are more like months, not a few weeks like quoted. So don't order them if you have any sort of deadline, are moving, etc. They did contact me once when something I order was never going to be in stock and they set up a substitution.

Good product, but

Good product. I've been purchasing for years. But the last 1-2 years it's been unacceptable customer service and wait times. My orders are 5 months late and they don't reply to emails.

Terrible order speed

Terrible order speed. I am now waiting 4 months for my order to be fulfilled. I understand they are made to order, but why allow ordering if it's going to take months. They need to close orders if they can't reasonably fulfill them. This is ridiculous. I have ordered in the past it got it like a month later. Not this time. Yet they continue to advertise new things on the site. They are zero idea about how to handle ordering and manage deliveries.

Long response times and inability to deliver

On the 10th of February 2024 I thought I'd treat myself and support a streamer by buying a knife bundle, this was an order fulfilled by viteramen. If only I knew what I'd let myself in for.

So I wait a month, I get an update email in march, it'll be arriving in June. cool, fair play. It's shipping across the Atlantic I can wait. August 2024 rolls on and still no shipping notification so I send an email requesting an update. Oh, they're short staffed due to illness. That's fine, I work at a help desk myself I get it. Few days later they respond, it's still processing but i'm put on their "personal order form". Mega, we wait.

In September still nothing, I ask again. They're waiting for a knife restock but it should be "this month".
Fine, not much I can do about that. Stiff upper lip and keep waiting.

November 2024, I request another update,wait 2 weeks and get no response. I send another one and do get a response. Apparently the new batch of knives is not up to quality standards, plenty of "b Grade Stock" though. Me, being ever patient and having dropped ~£350/$476, want what I paid for. So I wait again.

February 2025, one year on. I check the inbox, 15% off the knife I ordered and *am still waiting for*, guess they've resolved that stock issue if they're selling to new customers. I send an email. 1 month and 18 days later I get a response. They'll look into it. *BIG SIGH* starting to feel a fool now but being rude gets you nowhere.

May 2025, another followup from me because how long does it take to investigate this? (56 days, I counted)
A software bug meant it got assigned to the wrong person and that what is now not in stock is the cutting board which is now on backorder (allegedly) and will be shipped in the next month. Now to their credit they did provide a gift card, but let's be honest at this point they're never having a penny from me again so it's a bit redundant at this point.

Which brings us to today, August 2025. I'm still knifeless, still £350 short and still waiting for a response. I wonder what my banks policy is on card refunds.

Order cancelled and money refunded, it's a shame to not get the product, but at least I'm not out of pocket.

Misleading Product Page, No Customer Support

At no point, from the product page for the v3.1 variety pack to checkout was it made clear that this was a pre-order and even if it wasn't it wouldn't ship for at least 2-3 weeks. Non-existent support cant be bothered to respond in over 7 days. Awaiting chargeback.

No customer support and enormous waiting times

I made an order (more than € 400, for a bundle knife+ramen) on the 17th of May 2024, with the expected shipment date shown as around October 2024.
Between delays and various issues, a tracking number was provided on the 29th of January 2025.
No actual shipment took place for weeks (the label was created, but the courier hadn't received the package), I sent multiple e-mails, getting no reply (besides one saying to write them again after having waited another 2-3 weeks, and the famous automated "Even our CEO is packing stuff. [...] Being a grouch will get you nowhere" one, which would be true if they hadn't been in this kind of situation for years) from them until the 11th of March 2025, when they replied that they were overworked and that they'd look into my issue.
The package was shipped on the 13th of March.

All of this, even after having paid more than 100 € just for the shipment alone.

I'm sorry, I'd have loved to like Viteramen, and I mean it for real, I'd have loved to have a good experience buying from them, because I like their concept, I like their collaborations, I like the creators they work with, and I like their products; but having to wait months and months without any kind of real support and without any update, after having paid this amount of money for ramen and a knife, is just not for me.

Don't expect them to fulfill your order anytime soon

This company completely does not have it together and they have nothing but contempt for their customers. Your order will be months late. If you send an email asking for an update, you get a long automated response full of excuses, explaining that being months behind schedule is just how they do things, and finish by condescending to you "being a grouch will get you nowhere", indicating that they get complaints all the time but choose to ignore them.

I set up a subscription in October 2024, to be fulfilled every 2 months, I received one order a month later and then nothing. My latest email said my next order is "scheduled to be processed" on February 5. Weeks later and no update, but on their website it says they're out of stock and my next order is scheduled for April 6. There is zero chance I will receive a delivery on April. They still won't let me cancel my subscription.
