I had been feeling a bit run down and out of salts, so I decided it was time to do something about it. I have had vitamin injections before the Covid outbreak and they did help to revitalize me, so I decided to try them again. The clinic I used before had moved away.

The receptionist was super efficient and very pleasant, she even offered me tea or coffee as I was quite early. I was made comfortable and she kept popping back to make sure that I was OK and had everything that I needed, she could not have been any nicer or more efficient.

When it came to the treatment the nurse was very knowledgeable, very thorough and kind yet professional. She went through my medical history properly and explained everything to me fully, I felt so reassured and relaxed. The injections themselves were 100% pain-free and administered with gentleness and care. I had two injections (in my bottom) and I did not feel a thing, I have no idea how the nurse does it, but I felt nothing at all.

I could not have been happier with the service I got from everybody. As walked past the receptionist on my way out, she interrupted the phone call she was on to ask, with a lovely smile, if everything was to my satisfaction, and waited for me to reply, she really wanted to know!

I just had four visits to iron infusion at Sharn. Sharn is great, communicative, with a professional approach, knowledge and skills. She is good at what she does. So far, I haven't had any bruises or swollen veins after any infusion. Six to twelve infusions were recommended, and after the fourth one, I notice an improvement, the amount of hair loss decreases. I am very pleased and recommend this place as much as possible.
