great
great. not sure what all the bad reviews are about, but i thought it was great, had trouble setting it up. though it came with detailed instructions to help! I opened a ticket in their discord server and i was met with an AI support bot, who gives detailed responses and solutions for issues you may be having, within less than 15 minutes a staff member answered the ticket and asked if everything was solved to which it was.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me, will be buying again!!!

Hi Landen,
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds frustrating. We use Stripe for our transactions, and it’s supposed to be secure and reliable. Sometimes, issues like this can occur due to technical glitches or miscommunication between banks and payment processors.
Could you please reach out to us directly at contact@vitalmods.pro, or create a ticket in our Discord server which can be found here: https://help.vitalmods.pro/welcome/useful-links.
We’ll be happy to look into this further and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
Thanks for your patience, and we hope to make this right.
Best,

Hello Som,
We're sorry to hear that your card declined. Your card can decline for a number of reasons, either Stripe (our payment processor) thought your payment was fraudulent, or your bank prevented you from making the payment.
If you would like to get in contact with support, you can do so by following this link: https://help.vitalmods.pro/welcome/support

i was ripped off for a lousy $20//California Business and Professions Code section 17500 clearly addresses false advertising and states that it's unlawful for any person, or corporation to induce the public, through a newspaper or other publication or any other manner, to purchase something or do something based on statements that are untrue or misleading this website selling apex cheats is completely false and misleading the support sucks all they say is "support ticket" which nobody answers. dont waste time or money law suit will be sat in place for false advertisement—section 45 of this title Professions Code section 17500- which bank statements are now presented on date of purchase as i was very respectful in from the start of the conversation and will bring print outs of the "conversation" never once was i rude up until i was told again from the chat or so call customer service rep signalified that this was a scam because direct support has access to accounts such as passwords emails ect.... was told they dont own the mods they are selling redflag #2 why sell something you dont have access too.

Hello Shawn,
Your issue was that you wasn’t receiving an E-mail from North in order to create your account, which is totally out of our control.
We told you to contact North to solve this issue on four separate occasions (as we don’t have access to sending emails directly from North for account creation, we are resellers), which you failed to do. This issue could’ve been resolved if you opened a ticket in the North Discord server.
Regards,
Danny (vitalmods.pro)
