Speedy delivery and good quality products

Wall mounts did not come as expected, they were completely different models. Do not recommend or trust.

I bought some dumbbells off Vital gym with one turning up rusted and sent back to them with no issues. Great service at this point. Months on the other dumbbell started shedding metal off the handle which went in my hand. (all my Dumbbells sit on a rack and have had light usage and no other Dumbbell has any flaking. Spoke to Vital gym over email and they spoke with their supplier and they believed it wasn't their issue. Vital gym wiped their hands of the issue and ignored numerous emails after them being active with emails before this. As I bought the product from vital gym they are my point of contact and they should take responsibility for their product & sort out a replacement and then take up the issue with their supplier. instead just ignore emails. If looked after, like my Dumbbells are, they should last a lifetime. Not less than 12 months like this one has. Disappointing & wouldn't dream of purchasing any products from them in the future.

Love it. Great company as I bought some parallel dip bars in the past. Kettlebell adds some different variety of exercises to my regime

Products are all excellent. Service was spot on after an initial mix up in order the error was fixed immediately, sent quickly and great communication.

Very good piece of kit at a reasonable price.

No instructions, dud gear, no response to email.

Very prompt and efficient service from Vital Gym. The courier lost my parcel but the customer service team realised that the delivery had gone wrong before I did and by the time I contacted them to find out what had happened, Vital Gym had already dispatched a replacement. Even with that delay my order still arrived within the estimated number of days for delivery given to me when I placed the order.
I will definitely buy from Vital Gym again

I made a mistake, I ordered the wrong bar. So I emailed and was helped every step of the way with the swap, and I only had to wait for a few more days to get the correct item. Effortless communication and it was nice to be dealing with a team that applied common sense to my situation. I will of the back off that interaction alone, use Vital Gym again and recomend them. Good team

The long -
I went by the reviews of this company and I wish I hadn't. I don't know if they've been writing some of these reviews themselves because the service I've received has been terrible.

I ordered a squat rack which should have come next day. When it did arrive I found out that the single order is split into 3 boxes (which is normal) but one of the boxes wasn't in with the delivery.

I waited a couple days before contacting Vital Gym but eventually emailed to find out what was going on. I then chased this email again a day later and was told the box was effectively in transit (somewhere). At this point I'm ok with it, a bit of a pain but you know stuff happens sometimes.

Finally the last package arrives, I open it up and it's the complete wrong order... I contacted Vital Gym to let them know there's been a mistake.

Days are going by trying to sort this out, they've now said they'll organise a delivery company to pick up the wrong order (understandable) but they won't send my purchased parcel until the wrong one returns! (why?!). To top it off I mentioned I haven't got a printer to print the return label and the attitude I'm getting is as though it's my problem... The last time I checked I don't work for Vital Gym. I've been kind enough to repackage it up and say I'll be in for the courier but I'm not driving out to find some where I can print your document for you.

I've worked in customer service before and we would have had the last package out with the earliest possible courier to rectify the issue the best we can.

EDIT - UPDATE

A week later and still no parcel! I Re-packaged the incorrect order which was huge and blocked my whole hall way, I spoke to FedEx to organise a way of getting back Vital's parcel without the label because the people at Vital gym are so useless, I stayed in to make sure their parcel could be picked up for them and in return all I asked was that they sent out my parcel (Which I've paid for) .. guess what, no parcel and I'm having to chase them AGAIN!

I'm genuinely not even the sort of person to leave
bad reviews, I can't express how angry I am with this company and just how bad they are.

UPDATE 2 -

The third package has finally arrived and its contents are absolutly battered! Theres no way this is a new piece of equipment theyve sent me, this has been chucked about hard by someone, without doubt its second hand. This has been a total nightmare
