Es mi primer pedido. La pagina web está bien diseñada y es intuitiva. La compra resulta fácil y rápida. La forma de pago tambien, con varias opciones. El envio es rápido teniendo en cuenta que el producto que solicité estaba en Alemania. Ha llegado todo bien empaquetado, en un envase resistente. Dentro del paquete viene la factura y un folio con las explicaciones en castellano, ya que el producto está redactado en Alemán, lo que me parece un detalle de importancia para el cliente, que no tiene que estar traduciendo la etiqueta del producto. Me ha gustado ese detalle que dice mucho de esta empresa. Volveré a comprar sin lugar a dudas. Si atienden a todos los clientes como a mi, esta empresa se merece un diez.

Eerste bestelling product prima zoals te verwachten; heel, nieuw, juiste product en hoeveelheid en kwaliteit. bestelling van woensdag, 19. maart 2025 zou tegen donderdag, 27. maart bij mij moeten aankomen, maar werd al 25 maart geleverd!
Tweede bestelling van dezelfde datum niet ontvangen. Klantenservice gaf pas na dagen een reactie.
Uiteindelijk werd het product opnieuw verzonden en bezorgd. Maar wel pas een maand later ontvangen.

J'ai modifié mon appréciation car j'ai été remboursé après 3j sans difficultés. Avec un échange de mails où il y'avait bien un interlocuteur à l'autre bout et pas un robot. Il y'a donc un site qui sait réparer ses erreurs et je me devais de le préciser.

I am so disappointed. My order supposed to arrive Thursday. My father is sick was waiting for 5 days to receive suplements. Tommorow needs to go so hospital. I did even pay extra for DHL express. I didn't get any information. No one pick up phone. We don't know when and where are the suplements which we order already 6 days ago . And it suppose to arrive in "next day " delivery.
Order received with missing items and defective items, broken safety seal. Delivery box was intact,sealed properly.
Customer service very helpful to resolve this matter. Awaiting replacement of problematic products.
