While my spa pump is no longer available, I was able to locate a spa pump and with the help of Vita Pool Supply customer service verified that it was compatible with my spa. Product was shipped quickly and as promised. I'm sure I will be doing business with them again in the future.

Do not hesitate to order from Vita Pool Supply! I ordered a Pentair chlorinator from them. The unit failed in about 38 days. No fault of Vita pool filters. Pentair was giving me a runaround on shipping and replacement. Telling me it would be two and a half weeks out. I was going on vacation. I called Matt at Vita the same day as I called pentair for warranty replacement. He worked with me and had a unit to my door in 24 hours. He didn't have to honor anything it was pentair's problem. He went above and beyond to make sure I was up and running so that I could go on vacation with peace of mind knowing my unit was functioning while I was away.

Wonderful experience. Used FaceTime to discuss what pool filter housing I needed and Lance helped me order the right size. Ordered on Friday and it arrived ( free ship ) on Monday. Vita Pool even helped me find a local installer who only charged me $300. I think this saved me about $2000! And I just registered the Posi-Clear RP 200 with Pentair. No issues! Highly recommend!

Perfect customer service, ordered a pool heater with no problems. Before I ordered the heater, I called them with questions and they were so professional. If it would have been bad customer service, I wouldn't have purchased the heater. Had a good experience, 👍

Super great customer service. I ordered a new booster pump which came quickly. Unfortunately, when it was installed, we discovered that through no fault of Vita, it had a crack in the housing and leaked. I sent photos to Vita and they shipped a replacement pump express to me the same day! If only the rest of the world worked and wonderfully and efficiently as Vita Filter!
