The worst online company I never used
The worst online company I never used.
I placed an order for some medicine and I’ve payed the amount using my debit card in their online system.
I received the payment confirmation but after 6 days I start to receive a lot of email from their customer service asking me to pay AGAIN with bank transfer. I have called the customer service and after 25 calls finally someone answers. Of course the person didn’t speak Italian and also English. They were absolutely unhelpful and I called 3 times before being able to have some answers. Regardless, the online system is still sending me requests of payment. I forwarded them the proof of payment from my bank. I sent this 3 times and now I’m still receiving email asking details.
Simply a nightmare company interested only on steal your money.
Be careful, this is a FRAUD and the customer service is not helping at all. The bank evidences of payment were rejected and you enter in a loop never ends.
Don’t buy from this website because they steal your money and you won’t receive your medice!
I will notify all of this with emails and record to the police to avoid other customers will lose money wi the them
