Fabulous 3-day Ha Giang trip —very well organized from start to finish. The driver, Minh, was extremely attentive to my requests. I especially appreciated that he took some quieter side roads, away from the more crowded areas, which made the experience feel much more authentic.

His English was excellent, and we had many interesting conversations over the three days—I learned so much about the Vietnamese way of life. He truly deserves a medal for his professionalism and friendliness!

The accommodations were also great, with beautiful views at both locations. Overall, this is a serious and reliable organization: well organized, flexible, and with excellent communication. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Trois jours fantastiques à sillonner les montagnes découpées du nord Vietnam depuis Ha Giang avec une équipe formidable comprennant mon chauffeur et guide, Mr. Hanh, d'un entrain et d'une gaité communicatifs, ainsi que les deux pilotes des motos de deux sympathiques québécoises ayant opté pour un parcours easyrider en moto. Tout était parfait du parcours proposé, au guide et pilotes, en passant par la qualité des hôtels pour mes trois nuitées et chaque fois également une excellente nourriture diversifiée servie à profusion. Sans oublier Alex aux manettes de l'organisation dont la rapidité des réponses aux questions posées et la précision de leur contenu font déjà présentir du sérieux de cette agence. J'ai été également très impressionné par la confiance dont a fait preuve l'agence Ha Giang Vision Travel en ne demandant le paiement de toutes ses prestations de ces trois jours magiques qu'à leur issue (exception faite d'une petite provision initiale de 50 US $.)

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience on the Ha Giang Loop. From start to finish, everything was handled with absolute care and professionalism. The communication before, during, and after the trip was excellent — every question we had was answered within minutes, and all logistics (pick-up, drop-off, accommodation) were flawlessly arranged.

Our drivers were not only skilled and safe on the road, but also warm, funny, and genuinely connected with us — it felt like traveling with friends rather than guides. The group dynamic was fantastic, the itinerary well-balanced, and the food along the way exceeded expectations: authentic, varied, and always included in the price with no hidden surprises.

The landscapes were breathtaking — endless mountains, winding passes, and snapshots of local life that left us both humbled and inspired. Seeing the villages and the rhythm of daily life up close gave us a true sense of Vietnam beyond the tourist path.

Payment was simple and transparent (a small deposit upfront, the rest before or after the trip), which gave us total peace of mind. After the tour, we even had tea with the owner — a sincere, thoughtful person who shared stories, insights, and practical advice about life in Vietnam and travel in general.

All in all, an incredibly well-run and heartfelt operation that delivers real value for money. If you’re considering doing the Ha Giang Loop — stop hesitating and just go for it. This was one of the absolute highlights of our entire Vietnam journey.

Une parfaite loop d'Ha Giang en van en famille avec Hanh. Hanh est un guide exceptionnel, une vraie belle personne. Le tour était super, la plupart du temps loin des hordes à moto. Merci à Alex pour l'organisation parfaite !

The 3day with car Ha Giang route went through all the well known places and many others. The driver was very competent and friendly and as a guide had excellent knowledge of all places visited including local customs and practices. The car was spacious, clean and comfortable. Any unexpected “issues” were promptly and professionally resolved.

Will highly recommend Vision Travel to others for Ha Giang Loop tour....easy access to their website and fast response...keep it up.
