This is a site scammers are using daily to clone card details they reply to adds posted online requesting hpi reports discredting the likes of car vertical which in my own humble oppinion is the best one to use and prompting to use this an elderly lady i know did this they tryed too use her card 3times in bradford £200 + lucky the bank flagged and stopped it dont use this website under any circumstances and report it the more reports the better it will get taken down

Exactly as the others. With in 2 hours of posting a car add, I got several messages saying he was really keen, price ok etc, but insisted on a vision torque car checker,before he arrived. I resisted and asked if could use another site. Messages got slightly aggressive (and poor grammar and spelling). When I told I had report from elsewhere (a really good one too, at half the price) I heard nothing more. Was it an AI ? I don’t know, am glad I was cautious.

Yet another as below! Scammer said GF sent him the vehicle demanding this inspection report on a vehicle that is sold as seen, when I said to the person to view the vehicle in person and take the inspection report himself and it’s not my responsibility he got aggressive saying it’s my vehicle I should do it for him

I'm selling the car. I was contacted by a scammer to a specific website to purchase a Vehicle Inspector Report called Vision Torque Inspection. I googled it, tried to pay. Luckily, I didn't manage to pay because it was flagged by my credit card provider. The name of the website is called visiontorque.co.uk. Later on, I was approached by another buyer, a scammer, using the same system.

Exactly the same as the previous writers, got a call within minutes of my ad going live . The buyer wasn’t interested in any info on my motorhome , just that he wanted a VI report before he looked at it , was quite insistent on using Visiontorque . Willing to pay my asking price before even looking at the van , I smelled a rat straight away . Too good to be true .

I have advertised my car for sale got an email asking to get a report from Visiontorque. I told the person to come over and see the car I also told him he could have the registration number and get the report himself and I would pay him and take the amount paid off the final price of the car. Did not hear from him again. Plus the email came into my junk mail.

SCAMMERS - BEWARE - SCAMMERS ! SOMEONE IS CALLING YOU (the potential buyer) AND WANT TO BUY YOUR CAR BUT BEFORE HE WANTS TO SEE VEHICLE INFORMATION REPORT AND RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR VISIONTORQUE WEBSITE, THE PRICES ARE HIGH FOR JUST A BASIC REPORT AND AFTER GETTING IT THE NEW BUYER DOESN'T SHOWING UP AND YOU ARE LOOSING MONEY FOR SHIT BASIC REPORT WHICH CAN BE DONE FOR LESS THEN 5£. VISIONTORQUE PRICES ARE - 30-45-50£ SO DON'T BE FOOLED - SCAMMERS - BEWARE OF SCAMMERS !

I placed my car add on a website and within 10 minutes recieved a message from a 'buyer'. We exchanged a few messages and then was told they wanted to view the vehicle but before can I send them a Vehicle Inspection report (VI). I said I'm not a dealer then the 'buyer' said he always uses visiontorque.co.uk.uk. He then sent another message saying use visiontorque. This report is something you have to pay for and when I said come see the vehicle first and if you want it then I will get the report I received no additional messages.
Make your own mind up but my opinion is that was a scam and be careful of this and visiontorque.
For clarity, I did not use visiontorque's services but it appears agents are trying to drive business their way.
