Quite a good robot but a human can be better!
easy to follow but can be easy to make a mistake.
I would like to be able to talk with an advisor and not do everything by email. What is wrong with talking people are beginning to say, as you can get more done in 2 minutes of conversation than than 2 minutes of texting or similar.

Visicover is essentially an online service which enables aircraft or boat owners to not just buy their cover online but also update or renew their cover themselves. Resultant cost savings are then passed back as lower premiums.

East to use website. It instantly adjusts your premium when you change something. Even once your policy is running you can amend anything 24/7. No call centre nightmares to suffer. But they do have good email support if you need them.

The online quote system is especially easy to to understand and use. I particularly like the facility to to change options and instantly calculate a new price.
I was also pleased to see a reduction in my premium from last year.

Straightforward online portal to set cover levels with plenty of explanation. Prompt and friendly email response to enquiries. Marine Legal Insurance not currently available.

Very good basic boat insurance.
Fast responses and very good website to navigate. Interactive maps are a real good idea. Timely reminders and a simple process.
Be great if they expanded their areas of coverage.

Turning to the question of covered areas, we are able to cater for the Mediterranean and Baltic, plus the Atlantic coastlines from Morocco up to Northern Norway, including of course the UK and Irish coastlines. Within these broad parameters policyholders can map their precise requirements. We are also able to consider requests to cruise outside of these limits although these enquiries may been to be referred to the underwriters for consideration.
I will drop you an email for more details on your requirements and to assess whether it is possible to expand the available area. In the meantime thanks again for the review and also for flagging your suggestion.
