Renewal for the first time
This was the first time I had used Visicover to renew my insurance and once again the online system worked faultlessly. Very quick and easy with only the updated information needing to be entered. All previous information being retained on record.

Simple on line system, even for a computer phobic.
Nice to be rewarded with no claims bonus and find price is so reasonable.
I will try to continue with claims avoidance by choosing to fly in sensible conditions.

I can not fault this insurance company
I can not fault this insurance company. The service you receive is great. When we have had to use them it was completely stress free. Highly recommended. All the support staff are very good. Kathryn spent a lot of time explaining things to me.

The Pricing was very competitive
The Pricing was very competitive. The application process rather long winded for my application and included a huge number of irrelevant questions so they could perhaps improve their system to cut these out based on previous answers. Otherwise all went well. Of course the proof of the pudding is how well they react to claims. Fingers crossed they are as good.

It is fair to say we ask quite a lots of questions in the quote, partly because we cater for a wide range of vessels from canoes and paddleboards to ocean going yachts.
