prepaid order never got delivered
I placed order, did the payment, received confirmation of order but order never got delivered. No further updates shared on my order. No response to my mails as well. This is highly unprofessional. Its a fake brand. Doing fraud and not delivering the products.

The polite response to customers and nice plastic-free packing. Also, the hand-written message to its customers was really appreciable. I like the product too. Hopeful for best results like their services.

I ordered a hairl serum and it was prepaid.. It's been more than a month and there's no news of it yet. I even sent a mail.. But there was no reply. Very bad service

Thank you for your feedback. There has always been a notice put up on the Step Set Go App and our website banner that there will be delays in orders fulfilment due to COVID restrictions.
We have been under lockdown from past one month with no staff coming in. Hence we have to do everything on our own.
We are a small business with very few team members. We try to respond to each and every mail and query but sometimes it takes time because of the huge number of queries we get everyday.
I assure you we will try and deliver your order as soon as possible. I deeply appreciate your understanding.

Dear Alton,
Thank you for your feedback. However, we had updated you long back that there will be delays in order delivery due to Covid restrictions. The same was mentioned on our website banner, the Step Set Go app and in our email communication. We have been under lockdown for one whole month with absolutely no staff coming in. These are not normal times. Please don’t compare it to normal times where we get the orders delivered within a week or 10 days.
When you get the review mail, it is mentioned that you may have got the review mail before the product got delivered. In such cases, kindly wait to try the product before posting the review.
I assure you we are trying everything we can to deliver your order at the earliest.

Even though ordered since long
Even though ordered since long, I haven't yet recieved the consignment. Further I have not been made to use the product but company wants feedback. Such a nonsense response.

Thank you for your feedback. It is an automated review mail which goes to the customers after a certain amount of time. It is mentioned on the mail that you may get the mail before the product delivery. In such cases, you can wait to try the product and then post the review.
Regarding the product delivery, we have been under lockdown from past one month with no staff coming in and only few courier partner operating. Hence we have to do everything on our own.
I assure you we will try and deliver you as soon as possible. I deeply appreciate your understanding.

Communication to consumer
A customer must be informed while placing an order that it might take 2 weeks to dispatch the order and it's not comparision but a customer must be sent a link mailed or message to contact the company and know the whereabout of products even a single reply can build trust of consumer.

The link is very much visible as soon as you visit the website as it is one of the main menu option. I am really not sure how you missed it.
Regarding the delivery, we have mentioned on the website header that we are experiencing delays due to COVID restrictions. Many cities are having lockdowns. because of which our parcels are coming back. The courier staff is operating at half capacity which is further delaying the process.
As you must be aware, this is not a normal time that our nation is going through. Not just us, many e-commerce websites are facing difficulties in delivering the orders on time. Please don`t compare this uncertain time to the normal times. We are working round the clock to fulfill your orders on times but the COVID situation is in nobody`s hand. Hence, I request you to please be patient with us.

Thank you so much for your feedback. As I checked, your order took 10 days to deliver from the time the order was placed to the final delivery. This is pretty standard in e-commerce businesses especially small businesses. We have mentioned the same on our website. Since we are partnered with 3rd party courier partners, there is nothing much we can do in this area.
