My experience with Vishal Manocha's team is truly a different game that I have NOT seen till now. I think it’s the hype that is created for Vishal that lures people and for the lack of a less severe term ‘Fools’ people.
1. It’s not ethical.
First you make a decision worth 99 rupees and 3 hours and what you get mostly is a sales pitch to a 3 day event and a career transformation. The 3 day event is smartly timed so that they get enough time for you to in some way figure that you can’t do it yourself. Once you feel that for yourself you’ve fallen into the trap and you’ll spend 15k and around 30 precious hours to attend a 3 day program which in my opinion does have value to it but I would value it at 3500 and 3hours at best and not 15000 and 30hours. And you get another sales pitch for 3L which was something I checked before signing up. ‘Are you sure there wont be further sales pitches?’
Hence its not ethical.
2. They’re not open for feedback.
Throughout the 3 day Vishal and his team positions themselves as Lot knowing and the crowd as Not knowing and if someone in the session questions, they come hard at them and sort of humiliates them with light sarcasm.
3. Out of syllabus fillers and indiscipline with time.
I know Gary Vee and the other mentor of Vishal. And I know their fields, how were they relevant to the topic I signed up for? They keep trying to dismiss that it is not a motivational session but a transformational one. It’s actually the former but I could also add that it was a Hyped up session.
Coming to time, I signed up for 1pm to 7pm. Everyone did. They dont stick to it and believe that the reasoning ‘ if you want to learn you have to stay’ is a reasonable justification for this indiscipline. Please, we all know better than that.

So this works! This makes Vishal a crorepathi, 2Xs few peoples salary at the cost of fooling a lot of people.

Edit 2: I reduced the rating to 1 from 2 since they flagged my previous rating down. Many such honest reviews may have been flagged down.

This transformational workshop is need of the hour in today's fast paced world .... and vishal manocha team is all set for transforming our lives .
