I have been pleasantly surprised & impressed by Virallized's service and communication. I'm currently up nearly 600 followers in my first two months on the standard plan, and their team has been very helpful with recommendations on how to improve growth and my content whenever i've emailed them. As long as it continues, I'm very happy.

Not Worth It
I can agree that my following went up by a good few thousand when I was signed up with Viralized. But the quality of this service is questionable.
The method they use is to log in to your account and SPAM follow hundreds of other accounts, followers of the users that post content similar to yours that you give to Viralized. My following went from 400 to 2000 and they were so random! Of course a bunch of them follow you back, which makes the ‘Followers’ look pleasing enough, but it seemed it was all creepy men that were following back and I had a lot asking why I had followed them or thought I was interested in a salacious way. There were a few that followed back which I liked, only for Viralized to then unfollow them, causing them to unfollow me back. They also unfollowed people I actually knew! Not only that, they would be spam liking content that had absolutely nothing in common with my interests. Eventually I got fed up and cancelled. It’s DEFINITELY not worth the price they charge. You can just do this yourself but follow accounts that actually hold value to you.

By default, we utilize the targeting information you supply on signup to find users to interact with, in an attempt to get them to notice & hopefully engage with your content.
While our system utilizes advanced filtering to help prevent low-quality accounts from being interacted with, we highly recommend & advise that our customers review the followers of the target accounts they provide on signup to ensure their audience matches what they desire for their own page.
Additionally, at request, we can further ‘tighten’ our filtering parameters to exclude certain accounts from being interacted with, if they are of concern.
Regarding people being unfollowed after they are followed by us - via our site, you have the option to add as many users as you like to your whitelist when you come across accounts that you connect with through our service & want to stay following. We sincerely apologize if you were not made aware of this or if you were unsure how to do it.
As for liking posts, this is an optional feature that can be switched off at request as well by sending us an email. It’s important to note that we only like & engage with accounts using the targeting information you supply on signup. That being said, we understand some of our customers may not want this feature, so you have the option to opt-out of it at any time you like.
Regarding your final comment - some of what we do can absolutely be done yourself, however, Instagram imposes very strict interaction limits that can get your account restricted or even disabled if you’re not careful and don’t know what you’re doing.
Our AI-based system works around the clock and allows you to focus on content while we work on delivering quality growth to your account. Manually doing both the filtering & interaction alone would be very tiresome, which is why we’ve created a tool for this - to take out the manual labour that content creators & companies don’t have the time or know-how for.
Overall, we’re very sorry the service didn’t meet your expectations, but we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us genuine feedback, and we will use this feedback to further improve the service & user experience.

Quality service, affordable pricing, great results.
I’ve been working with Viralized for 6 or so months (previously social buddy).
