My first experience of a wellness retreat, I was not disappointed. 💕

Having created a peaceful space, Angela was fully prepared with a warm welcome, coffee, pastries and a fragrance filled room, overlooking the lake. 💕

Our sessions were delivered with passion and the confident ease of Angela's beautiful character. Reading the dynamics of our small group, Angela brought us a safe, comfortable, positive day, relaxed, and tailored to meet everyone's needs, which is much appreciated. 💕

The food was fantastic and how refreshing to chat over lunch. I loved the peaceful moments sat by the lake; was thrilled with my little gift bag and was so happy to see my tulips revived and full of life on Monday morning! 🌷

I was lucky enough to spend a day with Ange and some wonderful, inspiring women during a self-care focused coaching day. Ange expertly guided us in helping us to consider how we could set goals for physical, emotional and spiritual self-care. The day was made even more incredible because we were able to reflect upon our day in the beautiful surroundings of the Hope Street Hotel spa. I have since learned to quieten my inner critic and make friends with my inner-cheerleader. It set me up for a positive return to work with more space to think and breathe. Thank you so much Ange.

Best money I ever spent working with Ange, I can honestly say she has changed my life. She taught me how to love myself, reflect on and prioritise my core values and beliefs, create positive and meaningful boundaries and focus on my wants and needs. Without a shadow of a doubt I would recommend her to anyone, she is genuine and authentic and her empathy and kindness shine through with everything she says. If you’re thinking of working with her then please do it, it will be the best thing you’ve ever done for yourself.

I had a wonderful experience working with Angela on her Embrace your Truth programme. It was inspiring and thought provoking and has helped me channel my energies into the projects that enrich me. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone.

Wow, what an evening such an inspiration way to spend IWD 2024. Angela put on an amazing event that had excellent and authentic presenters. Can’t wait to continue my journey with Angela.

I did Ange’s Embrace your Truth course last summer, when I was going through a weird and hectic time in my life. Six months later, I’m looking back and can honestly say the investment has not only financially paid for itself, but I feel like I know myself more and do things more for myself, even if it still feels uncomfortable. I still have a lot of work to do on myself, but Embrace Your Truth was a great course for laying those foundations.

Ange is amazing. I’ve done her embrace your truth course and also her step into your power course. During both I had real lightbulb moments that have changed the way I think. She’s a wonderful person who listens, understands and enlightens. She does a wonderful job for so many women. I would highly recommend.

Thank you for a fabulous experience on Embrace Your Truth. Nearly a year later I still benefit on a daily basis and can’t wait for the sequel…Step into your Power. I loved the group sessions, listening to other like minded people who were ready to invest in themselves was invaluable. If in doubt…go for it!

I hired Angela for a team training session on managing stress. The team said she instantly gave a calm energy to the room and she gave some great examples of ways to manage stress in the day to day

Great Autumn Wellness Retreat with Angela this weekend. It was well run, thought provoking and gave me some tools and techniques to take forward on my journey of self discovery. Angela was a fantastic host and made me feel very welcome and supported.

The retreat day was lovely, especially the silent walk and meditation. It was nice to meet other women and know that we all are all spinning plates and have the same feelings. Ang makes you feel so at ease, it was such a peaceful day Xx

This is my new retreat experience in a British group, since I am from Ukraine and with great pleasure I plunged into the Lady society, in which we managed to open Our Hearts a little Wider!
I was delighted with the Atmosphere that was Created by both Angela and each of the Laddies! We plunged into our own feelings world of ourselves and our Role in our own Life.
We overcame the Barriers that prevent us from simply being Happy, we let go of all the restrictions that prevent us from Just Feeling Ourselves and the Happiness Moment in which we Live!
We voiced our Own Value and what we have created beautifully in this Life and What We Have the Right to Be Proud of!
We dived into the Moment Here and Now through Breathing Practice and Felt the Beautiful World Around in a Wonderful Walk, accompanied by Silence and Concentration on ourselves Personally and Our Own Thoughts and Feelings!
This Day We Just Lived Being Ourselves! I sincerely thank Angela for this Wonderful Day and for the Huge Amount of Awareness that Came to the Surface Today! ❤️

Yesterday I attended Angela’s Virago retreat and it was a gorgeous day. It started with a hug from Ange when I arrived, the space felt safe immediately which led to some lovely shares from a gorgeous group of women. The coastal walk was wet, but actually that made it more invigorating. Today I woke feeling rested and lighter, yesterday definitely helped me to ‘let go’ of some things that I no longer need! Thank Ange, and the goody bag was amazing!

I have just come back from Ange's retreat and wow what an incredible experience. I went with an open mind and it exceeded my expectations. The walk we completed around the marina was beautiful in so many ways and for so many reasons. I felt myself go into a very deep state during the final meditation and left the day feeling incredibly calm, content and happy. The goody bag we received from Ange was a lovely touch too with gifts/tools to take away and continue our self discovery journey. Ange I always look forward to working with you and the incredible women who also choose to work with you. It was nice to see familiar faces from previous group coaching sessions at the event. I recently started a long overdue personal journey and completed the 'Embrace Your Truth' course with the incredible Ange.

Throughout the program, I felt a genuine sense of security to openly express my thoughts and dig deep into my personal challenges. The six weeks I spent in the program passed in a blink, and I thoroughly enjoyed the company of the other affectionately referred to 'Viragoes.'

In just six weeks, I made significant progress and it became clear that there's much more self-work that I need to undertake. I loved the extra resources provided, book recommendations and empowering podcasts. I can only imagine what could be accomplished in three months with Ange.

I’m grateful for the impact of the 'Embrace Your Truth' course, I highly recommend Ange's coaching to anyone seeking genuine personal transformation and growth. Her compassionate guidance and the program's supportive environment create the perfect spark for self-discovery and empowerment.

Angela has just been incredible! She has not only changed the way I view myself, my values and my self care routine but also my career path and I have also became a life coach since working with her. The work we have done together on our one on one sessions has truly helped shape who am I today and help me to find myself at a time when I felt lost.

Through group coaching I have gained amazing tools to help me in everyday situations and I have also made a new best friend from the group too which has been life changing in it’s own way. Thank you for everything Angela.

Wow, what can I say?! Ange is a dream to work with! She’s opened my eyes to self discovery, never pushy, always there when you’re ready, she listens with such understanding & guides you through some real life changing realisations! By gently probing she has a magic way of helping you understand yourself better! I always come off my calls whether it’s group coaching or one to one feeling empowered with a whole new perspective each time! I feel my life has changed considerably since working with Ange & I’ve gone from my first call saying “I don’t matter” to where I’m at now which is worlds apart! I recommend Angie to everybody! It can feel like a big investment sometimes to as we aren’t often programmed to invest in ourselves however every penny is well spent x

I started my new year with one of the group sessions to set intentions & create a vision board. It was a brilliant way to come together as a group of friends or attend on your own to focus on yourself.
Ange really connected with the group by bringing up her own experience’s, encouraging you to really acknowledge your inner dreams & not to be afraid of wanting to achieve goals you felt had been impossible before.
My board has been in my room for me to remember my aims for this year every morning or night & Its pushed me to do what last year felt like too much effort.
I look forward to joining the next January work shop, give it ago!
