Felt discriminated!
I was interested in booking their apartment, but I had a question about whether Netflix was available on the TV, since it was important for me to watch Christmas movies during my stay with my family. For a whole day, they didn’t bother to respond, and when I sent another message saying “Hello,” they immediately refused me as a customer and declined my stay. I asked if it was a scam, and they explained that, according to their policy, I needed to have completed several previous stays (I’ve only had one, since I usually stay in hotels). They also refused to answer my question unless I first booked their apartment. This is ridiculous!
