Go tickets to the Red Hot Chili Peppers in Calgary on May 29, got them for a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he went to the door and was turned away because the tickets were FAKE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want your loved ones to be disappointed.

Did he get written confirmation from the venue (in the form of a printout, for example) that stated that they denied him entry due to the tickets? If so, please contact us immediately with this information - your tickets are covered by our 100% guarantee and you are eligible to receive a full refund with this supplied written confirmation from the venue that the tickets were not good for event entry.

CAD vs USD and hidden extras
I was looking for a Canadian Company to pay in Canadian Dollars my Blue Jays Tickets. I found out only after I purchased. Also some extras were added to a 24$ ticket: 7$ for the treatment of the demand, and 7$ for the printable version. So then it became 38 USD = 54 CAD on my bill. I phoned the company, after 40 minutes of waiting, they refuse to refund and cancel the deal.

We display our prices online in both USD and CAD dollars, however we are unable to display prices in CAD on the checkout page. Taxes and fees are added on the checkout page, as is the norm for any online ticket marketplace (primary or secondary). These fees are listed for you before purchase confirmation on the website. Dishonest Company
They do not list that tickets are standing room only until after the tickets are purchased. They just show a view of the arena and a view of the seats but you do not actually get seats. I tried on several occasions to work with this company and they do not respond. I have emails stating that they will check into it and get back to me but no one ever has.

Website is misleading
The Company website is misleading. I assume VIP Tickets Canada will be selling in Canadian dollars. Not until after the purchase was it clear it was $US. I called the company 5 minutes after the tickets were purchased and was told there is nothing that can be done.
This is the way shoddy companies work.

Great cheap seats
