I was nervous if this page was fake and will I get scammed. I was wrong, in fact vip numbers admin is very friendly and have guided me in very step. Have a wonderful experience with them.

I bought my VIPnumber, but I couldn’t activate it. I contacted customer services and was put into a chat immediately with a human which is rare these days. Mark was extremely helpful, I had a few issues setting up my sim and he talked me through it in simple steps, using WhatsApp and photos. I am a technophobe and he made it really easy. It was the tech on the phone that was the issue and nothing to do with the sim, I will definitely be using vipnumbers again.

I purchased a mobile number from Vipnumbers on a Saturday morning and needed a few points to be clarified, wondering which was the best way to contact them. Within a a few moments they had sent me a WhatsApp welcome message...from a real person (!), rather than an automated system. After a few technical querstions on transfer, it was done, couldn't have been easier. Would highly recommend this team. Efficient, quick, responsive and reliable. And yes, I am a real customer!

I purchased 2 mobile numbers from VIP numbers in January 2022 and didn’t start using them till recently. 1.5 years on, I got in touch with them to assist with the pacode, and VIP numbers’ customer service have been amazingly helpful in assisting me in sorting it all out within minutes!
