I purchased 2 pairs of sandals. They were ridiculously cheap and weighed about 1/4 pound and cheap. I tried to return my $80 worth of shoes and they offered me $20 a told me to keep them. Then when I pushed back, the most they offered was $35 and wanted me to pay to ship them back for $35. We went back and forth 10 times and the customer service just apologizes and says we will give you $35 bucks and screw you.
I request the address for a return of two pairs of shos from them just keep giving me the run around wanting me to send pictures of the product. They do not fit right and I didn't like them not for the price. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund may be I can get it back that way.
I purchased two pairs of size 10 wide shoes from Vionellen for $160. The shoes delivered were not the size I ordered, and my feet do not fit in them.
After two weeks of assurances that I would be taken care of, their response was to offer a $5 credit. No replacement and no refund—just a $5 credit for $160 worth of shoes I cannot wear.
Very disappointing customer service and an unacceptable response to an incorrect order.
So far I have not received a response to returns request (email to their Support team) as the shoes are too small. This is in line with other comments where response has been poor. So annoying I didn't read the reviews first before ordering.
I wrote a bad review about this company as I did not hear from them at all after I purchased shoes from their website, despite several emails. However, to my surprise, I received the shoes after two weeks and I am very pleased with them so I must give them credit. Zero points for customer service though.
