You order a bottle and you want the delivery the next working day after, witch is not possible, especially not these days around Christmas. So because I cannot do this delivery in time I cancelled the order. You received a confirmation about this wright away. So give a bad review is so easy, no?

The bottle of wine was given to my neighbour but i had no idea it was there. I had no letter that said it was there. Especially with very expensive wines you should give a notice where it is because i paid extra for secure delivering.

The adress was correct. So if the driver delivers the wine at your neighbours adress is this complete out of our hands and a mistake from the driver.
Sorry to hear that you cannot understand this....
Anyway, thank you for the purchase and enjoy the wine.
