I would give them no stars if I could. I am genuinely baffled about how my experience compares with other reviews. It has been chaos and confusion from placing the order. Top tip don’t check out as a guest. The telephone line gets you through to an advisor outside of the UK with such bad audio, it was a waste of time and when I could make sense of what was being said and converse, I was constantly promised updates and a resolution that never happened. Even getting a refund has been a nightmare which they are still processing. Amounts stated that are pending are incorrect and then they don’t match what they refund. Never again! I don’t often leave reviews and if I do, I try and make them positive, but I felt so strongly I wanted/needed to!

Dreadful company to deal with - there is no customer service - it is all AI which is not at all helpful. Even with ebay and Amazon it is possible to speak to real people. For a company that gives a poor service they charge the highest fees - 25% which is ridiculous and then it takes nearly 2 months for payment to be made.

Lovely rug, was exactly as described and delivered on time. The only small issue was that there was a slight smell (perhaps moth repellant?) So the rug did need to be aired. But overall I am very happy with it.

Good price for an item I would have struggled to find elsewhere. Delivered as arranged but while broadly as described, there was some damage not detailed in the listing (probably from transit). Sally was most helpful in resolving this, ultimately arranging a partial refund agreed.

This is a review specifically for Vinterior customer service, and particularly for Sally. I had some issues with my first purchase from Vinterior, specifically with the courier company (Proovia), for whom I've left a scathing review. However, Sally did a great job in getting things sorted to my satisfaction. She had heard from the seller that I had had a problem with the delivery and some consequential damage, and she reached out to me pro-actively to ask for the relevant information so she could help. She then liaised between me and the courier and arranged a partial refund for me so that I can get the damage repaired. I had been expecting a bit of a battle, but the process was as smooth as silk.

As I mentioned, this was my first time with Vinterior, and, while the formal purchase process is a bit automated for my personal taste, it was enormously reassuring to be able to deal with an experienced and empathetic human being when needed. Sally was calm, solicitous and efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. I can't speak highly enough of her.

There was a good selection of quality items. The individual seller was excellent and delivery was prompt and well communicated.

One small issue is that £75 was deducted from my card after I'd paid for the item. I was aware that there would be a delivery charge but didn't like how the transaction occurred. Not transparent.

The item is wonderful, I love it! The only issue was the courier service from Proovia was a let down.

Furniture was exactly what I was looking for, it's perfect! Seller was honest about the small amount of damage and price was fair. Delivery was quick and item arrived in excellent condition.

Support from Achel was appreciated.

Great experience and sellers were extremely responsive and helpful. We love our new console too -exactly as advertised.

The four aluminium dining chairs we bought from Vinterior are individually cast, so all are slightly different and unique. We are absolutely thrilled with them. They arrived swiftly three or four days after we had found them on your website. Alexander was very helpful about our enquiries as well. They fit beautifully around our dining table. Thank you
