This was my first order with them and I received a lovely jacket. Going to place more order

This is a scam. Same mode of operation. They send you the item that does not look like the one advertised. Then they refuse to refund.

I received a jacket that was defective and I mailed it back to the return address that was provided via VINTAGE STYLISTS. UPS delivered it and it was accepted in Inglewood California. Multiple correspondence with ALISA-vintage stylist regarding replacement/refund. 5 days after UPS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION vintage stylist sent me an address in China that the coat was supposed to be returned to. UPS had already delivered it to Inglewood California with confirmation of receipt of delivery. vintage stylists refused to replace or refund the value of the jacket which is $80 -multiple email correspondence with no results. Vintage Stylists (VS) does not read their emails and contradicts the response information with no results or progress on resolution of issue.

Do not buy from this business. VINTAGE STYLISTS IS A CONSUMER SCAM

If I could have given them a zero, I would have. This company robbed me of $89. After I found out my wife had bought me a similar jacket for my birthday, I refused delivery expecting to be refunded--as would be the case with any legitimate company. Not this one...apparently--according to one of its representatives--the returned item was "destroyed" and they refuse to give me a refund. Bad business!!!

Huge Scam!! Stay Away!!

This Jacket was far too big on me. I usually take a medium to large. Large being a little too big, medium being a bit snug. This was a medium and it was still too big on me. Second off the advertising is false. It said it's genuine PU leather. Why would you put genuine in front of synthetic leather? It's like saying it's genuinely fake. Then further down in the sentence it says it's high quality real leather. So I said I wanted to return it as it has a 60 day money back guarantee. However, when I asked them for the return address they gave me an address in China! Though it was shipped to me from California. Which means it would cost me $40 to return it as it would need tracking. Half the cost of the jacket! When purchasing, it doesn't reveal that it's shipping from China or where it's shipping from at all. Obviously this would factor into a decision to purchase it in the first place and the fact that it is omitted is highly deceptive. So I told customer service that I wasn't going to pay for shipping to China. I asked them to give me a destination that was within the US. She refused to do this and refused to give me a refund unless I paid this insanely high return rate to ship it back to China. Even if I asked for a new jacket to replace the one that didn't fit, I would still have to pay to ship it back to China first. This is bad business practice, deception about the jacket and I've exhausted my attempts to get a refund.

I would not recommend using this company. Having ordered my "Crafted Leather (PU) Rodeo Jacket when it arrives I find that the jacket is actually made of a cheap looking vinyl "PU" material and is not as shown in the website. I ask to return the product for a refund as per their "100% money back guarantee".
Instead I'm told that I can have vouchers for my next purchase ! But I just want to return the item so please provide a return shipping address! After various e-mail exchanges with "Alisa" I am no further forward. I would not recommend dealing with this company - save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.

This was my first order online. I had fear I may have been scammed of my money. But Alisa's regular update and enquiry of where my order was, brought hope that I will eventually receive. The jacket is good quality. Thank you guys.

I didn't have trust with this company due to the fact that I could not get clarify information on Google search. Due to that I cancel the purchase and at the end I received my product surprisingly. I will strongly recommend this company to buyers and advice them a 100% that it's trustworthy.

If I could have rated these bandits minus 5 I would have.
I placed an order with them not realising the item would be coming from China. A few minutes later I received a confirmation email saying the item would be with me in 4 to 6 weeks. I replied straight away saying this was too long to wait and I wanted to cancel the order. Alicia replied saying its too late the order has already been processed and couldn't be stopped??? Really? Within 10 minutes of the order being placed?
So I told them I would ask my bank for a charge back which they did straight away. 1 day later vintage messaged me saying the parcel is in transit. I replied that I didn't care as I have my money back and I wouldn't be cooperating to return the item as they didn't cooperate with me. Now they're saying they will try to intercept it?? So Alicia was lying all along, she can and always could have done something from the very beginning but CHOSE not to. NEVER AGAIN.

I got my jacket quicker than I thought and you kept me informed and I love the jacket . And in the near future I will be shopping with you again thanks stay safe ian
