Scam Scam SCAM bradford guys !

Ordered 2 different boxes and have been told for 2 weeks that it’s in transit. I’ve tried getting in touch by emailing but still haven’t had a response after attempting a few times.

Awful company. Avoid. Ordered 25th of Feb. Nothing since. Got a reply on Insta, now they're ignoring me. Sent multiple emails. I just want a refund now as clearly not getting the jacket. Having to go through my credit card company to get the money back. Clearly a scam

I ordered a month ago. It said 7-10 day delivery & I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed, I’ve sent Instagram DMs, I’ve left comments on Instagram, I’ve heard nothing back.

Absolutely terrible company. Clothing was not anywhere near the quality shown in the picture. Items were missing, including the free Carhartt piece. They will not help me exchange items as they do not give refunds on the mystery box. My consumer rights have been infringed. This was a gift for my partner and I was mortified when I opened this disappointing box. DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It says UK but it comes from China. It says vintage but it's all fake. Then when you send the items back you don't get refunded and don't hear anything from them. SCAM SITE

Worst company i have ever dealt with, despite proof of return in Nov after at least an 8 week wait for delvery , no refund and and now dont even bother replying to my emails and tbh they have won as I cant be arsed any more

Thieves . I sent the top back as a return but they haven’t returned my refund and they are not responding. Do not purchase from them

I recieved a broken jacket. It was tore.

I sent them email after email.

3 times they answered me that it was ok, they were gonna give me store credit for a new one. And them silence! Not more answer.
3 times in the 3 months ive waited this has happened. Both via email and via Instagram DM’s

This is a scam page! I Will not stop this nagging until they give me a new jacket, and something for time waited.

Dirty clothes received in mystery box and refused a refund due to T&Cs. Sent box back for a replacement, which was never received. My last 5 emails have not been responded to. I would avoid like the plague and go and pick up a few bits from the charity shop for a quarter of the price. Disgusting company.

Order has not been sent; messaging customer service results in no response. Started a chargeback.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’ve spent £200+ on items. And a month later I’ve still not received my items, and to add to that they are refusing to reply to me via email and Instagram when I’ve asked “where’s my order”

Placed an order for the 1990 retro Colombia shirt over 3 weeks ago, they said it was despatched on Feb 23rd but it hasn't because they haven't even got tracking up, paid by Clearpay so should get my money back, reading other people's posts on here they look like a company to avoid in the future.

Spend over £100 on a mystery box and only half of it can more than a month later, sent it back for a refund as they asked and then they completely ignored me and haven’t given back my money

DON'T ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I was sent a hoodie that looked as if someone had been doing mechanical work and then rubbing their dirty hands on it! The returns policy is questionable and gave me concerns that I would never get my money back - which is exactly what has happened.

If you actually want to receive the items you pay for, do not shop here.
I placed an order for a shirt on 24/02, specifically relying on the "10 business days" delivery timeframe clearly advertised on their website. That deadline came and went with absolutely zero proactive communication from the company.
When I finally had to chase them down myself for an update, I was fobbed off with a useless, copy-paste email template claiming they were "checking with the warehouse." No actual update, no guaranteed dispatch date, and zero accountability for missing their own delivery promises.
It is completely unacceptable to take a customer's money, fail to deliver the product, and then hide behind generic customer service scripts. I have demanded a full refund if they cannot provide a concrete update within 24 hours.
Save yourself the frustration and spend your money with a business that actually ships their products on time.

Order dispatched, items missing. When queried where missing item was, was advised it would come from a different warehouse, this was 5 weeks ago. Then get an email saying item shipped and another email from a Chinese seller asking for payment for the football shirt. WHAT? Customer service is non-existent. Absolutely shocking!

Terrible service. Ordered an item more than 2 weeks ago. Been sat at waiting dispatch for over a week. They don’t respond to any emails to customer services. No phone number to contact them.
Do not order from these people.

They a bunch of crooks . I got an e mail from the dispatch company they use asking for a second payment, basically holding my goods for ransom. This is one hundred per cent a fraud .Please don't order anything from these people
