I took items that were not being worn or broken. Some I was unsure if they were valuable. I was given the answers and a good valuation for the things I wanted to sell. The team were all very helpful and gave good advice. Payment was immediate into my bank

Beware
Beware - very low prices paid for precious metals. Took a 9ct Gold Watch case in today. Initially they just said it weighed a couple of grams. Fortunately I had already weighed it at 6g. They then claimed that the strap bars were probably not gold so offered £120 for 4g i.e. minimum scrap price of £29/g. Foolishly accepted it and now regretting it.

A waste of time
My husband and I went to the Heene Community Centre with various items. The person who attended to us made us feel very uncomfortable right from the start, acting as if we had nothing of interest to offer. I told him that the way he was treating us made me very uncomfortable, but nothing changed. He offered us £3 for a 130-gram silver piece, and £5 for a ladies' Omega De Ville watch (steel and gold). He proceeded to dismiss every single item I showed him. Not only did I not sell anything, but he also made us feel like trash, showing absolutely no respect for our age—we are 78 and 84 years old. I do not recommend this company at all.

Only one valuer at function.
I turned up to an event today adjacent to where I work. I only had my lunch hour. Upon attending, there were three tables set up and around 15 people waiting. I asked a gentleman how long he had already waited and he said 50 minutes. Despite there being three tables, there was only one man in attendance. I had to leave and return to work.

Very Fair
Efficient, well presented and the dealer was open and not pushy. Valuations were fair, some accepted some not. Missing star because little attention was given to non gold items.

Valuation and offer for collection of jewellery primarily
Sam was most amiable and sociable However I feel I was too rash in accepting 300 for the large amount of items I selected for valuations No single items were valued The collection included several gold pieces of jewellery many coins of some age perhaps somewhat tarnished a large stash of silver a silver pocket watch and masses of costume jewellery I've got a horrible sneaky feeling that I've been ripped off !
