Ich habe am 25.02.2026 eine Anfrage an Vincheck mit der Fahrgestellnummer meines in den USA gekauften Autos gestellt. Ich wollte nur den Service Bericht haben . Ich habe dann sofort bezahlt und sollet spätestens nach 48 Stunden den Bericht per Email übermittelt bekommen . Ich habe bereits auf der sogenannten Service Plattformm nachgefragt. Bis heute den 02.03. 26 keinerlei Antwort bzw. keinen Service Bericht erhalten .
Nach meiner Beschwerde über Trust Pilot kam auf einmal ein bericht bei mir an ,der vollkommen wertlos ist ,keinerlei Service Einträge nichts relevantes.Macht nichts ,ich habe heute nachmiitag über meinen GMC Händler in Fort Myers den originalen Carfax Bericht bekommen, es sind u.a. genau 10 Service mit Datum ,Uhrzeit und Meilenstand eingetragen.Der Bericht war übrigens kostenlos. Soviel zu dem Mist ,was diese Firma Vincheckexpert für 20 $ Gebühr liefert .

Hallo,
Der Bericht, den wir Ihnen zugesandt haben, ist absolut korrekt. Er enthält Informationen zum Fahrzeug, den zuletzt erfassten Kilometerstand, die Tatsache, dass das Auto unfallfrei ist, die Herkunft aus den USA und ein Foto des Fahrzeugs.
Im Vorab-Check-Bericht stand, dass keine Wartungshistorie vorhanden ist.
Das Auto hat jedoch erst 21.327 km zurückgelegt, und es ist unrealistisch, dass es bis dahin 10 Wartungen erhalten hat. Der Carfax-Bericht ist übrigens nicht kostenlos – er kostet 40 EUR.

Fake service - no response
I have asked for a check giving the VIN number and they claimed that it was not correct. I asked for a reimbursement since the service is not fulfilled , written two times and I am still ignored
Update from the 14/1/2026 . Contacting support raised no outcome and that is why I concluded that this is a fake service

When you receive this information from us, it means either that the number has been changed or that there is an error in one or more of the characters. That is why we asked you to double-check all the characters and send us a valid chassis number to check. Of course, we can also refund your payment, just contact support.

Scam
Scam. Doesn’t give you any real report. Stay away. They say 100% refund if the report will not have information and if you get in touch they don’t respond.
UPDATE: they told me in Trustpilot to send them an email but I have already emailed them twice about the report that sent me and no response yet. Three weeks after.

eigentlich null sterne…
eigentlich sollte ich null sterne vergeben.. angeblich kostenlos, doch nach Eingabe der EMail Adresse doch bezahlen .. Finger weg!!
Update: ja genau die Prüfung der VIN ist kostenlos und die reine Zeitverschwendung, sagt nichts neues sondern beinhaltet nur nutzlose Infos die man ohnehin schon weiß. Ob im Bericht was sinnvolles steht oder nicht erfährt man nach dem Bezahlen. Sonst ist ja kostenlo, und danke für nichts!
Das ist ist einfach unseriös.
